NM, I didn't read it until after I posted this. It's probably because of the inconvenience of the time and location. And maybe just on principle.

It's just more fuckery from Lemwaaah, but I'm trying to see what possible angle he has on this. Discovery at this stage should be in relation in determining sanctions or fees, and Slatosch doesn't have anything that could help in calculating those.

Presumably this would be post judgment discovery, and when an appeal is filed it couldn't used for that appeal.

Also why let one of your best witnesses get deposed by opposing counsel if you can help it?

1. It's legally improper
2. It's harassing a nonparty for no actual benefit
3. It serves no purpose whatsoever in this stage of the case, it has no bearing on costs and all other charges are currently dismissed
4. it is intended to drive up costs
