The end to this stream has been nonsense.

Phil finished the COD campaign with 20 minutes left, and stalled to near his regular end time. He then begged, saying that the sooner he can hit this goal, the sooner he can 'arrange for payments'. So if he meets the goal early, he can start to divvy up the cash pile, but he can't make any payments until the goal is met? What? Then he went to shut the stream down early, and said "that's fine though" like he wasn't just begging for money.

Then the real curiosity. He says he can stay and chat for a few minutes, but there is no time to fire up another game or MP.... because Kat is home. "In a rare occurrence."

Phil. PHIL. You explicitly said she has been off, which is why we haven't seen Jasper. You said she has 2 weeks of vacation. This is not a 'rare occurrence'. SHE HASN'T WORKED IN 2 WEEKS. I wasn't following Phil while he was still doing DSP Tries It bullshit, so I don't know how/why it started, but I suppose my most need to know question is 'why'? Why did he think people needed/wanted to know what he thought about all these things that his knowledge of consisted of, at best, what he had read on the back of the box for whatever thing he was cooking or reviewing? Just pure ego? Were the videos actually popular (un-ironically) in terms of views?

I've watched a pretty decent amount of video game playthroughs in my life since I don't care enough to actually play them anymore, but at no time have I ever thought to myself "I wonder what MKIceAndFire thinks about Big Macs".

EDIT: His trip to CT was a "huge sacrifice". You know. The one with HIS WEDDING. He has not been able to catch up since.
How much money was raised before that trip? How much money did his mom give him while he was there? $5k?
How can something that is "in the past" possibly be hurting him this much? That was MONTHS ago, Phil. A lifetime.

He got $4K from his Mom. He got $2K for the Jasper reveal. He got at least a few hundred the first stream back when he described the trip. Jeff's been giving him thousands of dollars. Basically, he was doing Poorly Cooking before Tries It. Fans were upset that he wasn't tasting any of the food he cooked so he did Tries It a month later.

Was really just copying other YouTubers and doing a ton of random shit on his old vlogging channel to see what he could make money off of, and yes, Tries It was popular with him making hundreds to thousands off of 1 video and people liked them un-ironically, at first.
