Fucking hell, first he almost gets burnt to death by the sun when he went to Hawaii and now he can't even handle dead viruses without keeling over? He's almost as bad as Lemoine.

Would I be wrong in thinking that it's pretty much only a thing when the state is prosecuting you and has to provide you a free attorney? If the state has to give you legal representation, the representation you get has to be some semblance of competent, but if you're paying for the lawyer, it's pretty much buyer beware... if you hire someone and they're shit, your options are to find someone else and maybe try to report the bad lawyer for ethics violations (however, just being incompetent isn't necessarily one).

If I remember right, Nick's trying to cure his heat allergy, or whatever, and that shot is the first step.

Either that or he's going under hormone therapy so he can finally transition into that black man he's always felt inside.

If you've been damaged, you can sue the lawyer for malpractice. In most states, they're required to maintain malpractice insurance so even if they're broke, someone is in a position to compensate you. You're only screwed if you're unlucky enough that your claim exceeds policy limits and the lawyer is in prison or disbarred or otherwise permanently out of the racket, at least if they're also broke (like Michael Avenatti might be).

The crazy bastard ate a carolina reaper on stream (which transformed him into Lemwhiny for a few minutes), so I'm pretty sure he's immune to heat. He may, however, genetically be a gamer which forces him to stay indoors otherwise he bursts into flames.

Most of the time he's funny but when he goes full MGTOW yeah, it's a bit painful to listen to. It makes me respect both Nick and Drexel though, for having such different opinions of how relationships should be but still being good friends.

I think what really put me off about him was that one time he was talking about having sex with one of his friends' daughters. If his claims of being a gigachad dom and fucking tonnes of women are as true as he says they are it just makes him look like a bit of a skeevy predator that I wouldn't want interacting with my children in the future.

That's a fair assessment, but if she was a willing adult participant and wasn't groomed by Drex then I personally don't see much of a problem. It's iffy getting it on with a friend's family member, sure, but if they're attracted to each other then nature just kinda takes over, you know?
