One thing Nick mentioned in his stream kind of stuck with me as a thunk I've been having... Where the fuck did it come from that alerting someone that if they continue to do something that is damaging to you, that you're going to seek legal remedy - is somehow "harassment" or "threatening"?

Well, they're post-modernists. Or at least, have been indoctrinated by post-modernists, or are embedded in a culture that has been indoctrinated as such, same diff. Words literally do not have meanings and power is the only thing that matters.
Warning someone that they are are causing damage and that you are seeking remedy? That's just you trying to assert power and dominance over them. Them using terms that no longer have definitions such as "harassment," "threatening," "rape" or "nazi" are just them asserting power and dominance over you. Words are weapons and again, there's no such thing as debate, discourse, or even logic. Power is the only thing that exists and the only thing that matters -- if you can destroy your opponent's power with a well placed lie, then not only is that a smart thing to do, it's the moral and ethical thing to do.
Responsibility is nothing more than the system attempting to enforce it's power and other, privileged members of society's power over oppressed people in said society. Thus, rejecting responsibility -- not just personal responsibility but cultural or social responsibility -- is not only a very self aware thing to do, it's a fucking virtue.
Someone pointed out -- might have been here, might have been on twitter, might have been on discord, I can't seem to find it -- that Law Twitter's ages are what should be horrifying all of us. Because Law Twitter aren't just random spergs with law degrees (x to doubt) and bad opinions. Law Twitter are all millennial lawyers. They're the insane fucking post-modernist lawyers that the infested legal schools are starting to churn out, and they're just the first vanguard of this shit.
Watch closely. In a few years they're gonna try and force the Bar Exam to include woke politics and SocJus, while also lowering the standards so more of their cultists can get through.
In 10-20 years, we'll see the first wave of these types being made Judges. That'll be fun. "It's clear that Vic has a case but he's a fucking white male, so in the interests of racial and sexual justice and equity we're dismissing it."
