Funny, because everytime when a person in ISWV screws up they have decency to apologize admit their mistake while on the KickVic whenever they screw up (which is alot) they try ignore like it never happened or in Marzgurl's case "She put it on the internet so I have the right to take it out of context)

Ron Toye’s affidavit? There's a new one?

This one right here. This was from his second ex-wife years ago, but with more detail.

In the affidavit by Ron's second wife, she wrote about how he was livid after his ex-wife served him with a protection order and a request to modify their existing parent-child relationship. That document is in here and it is what caused him to issue the threats that she described.

In the affidavit by Ron's first wife, she wrote that:

- Ron threatened to beat up her husband at their son's baseball game and had to be pulled away by a coach.

- Ron told their son to be bad so he could move in with him.

- Their son cried after coming back from a weekend stay with Ron. He didn't get to see much of his father. He went out with friends and left their son with his second wife.

- Ron let their son drink half a bud light lime.

- A friend of hers told her that Ron threatened to kill his second wife.

- Ron told their son that he doesn't have to respect weak women (his mother and his teacher) and that only strong women deserve his respect.

- Ron threatened to kill her husband, beat her up and her 16 month old daughter after he found out that her husband had spanked their son. She said this was the third time he threatened to kill her or someone in her family.

- Ron stated that if their son was spanked, it would not be worth her husband's life.

- Ron bragged about beating up his sister's ex-boyfriend. He claimed he kicked his ass and bit his cheek. He told her that he would do worse to her husband.

- Ron was causing their son to have behavioral issues. He had begun to wet the bed and started sucking his thumb at 8 years old. After being told he could not go outside and play, he went to his closet and said things like "I don't deserve to live" and "I wish that I wasn't born" and began to bang his head on the wall.

Oh is Shane feeling useful again? Or is he still dropping texts thinking he has a gotcha when in reality he's been fed shit for the sole purpose of seeing what his intentions were.

On another note I'll tell you right now. People thinking that Slatosch is Anti-Vic or pro-Vic are dead wrong. He's pro-self. There's no reason for an individual who runs a brand to be pro anything other than himself and his brand.

They know giving Slatosch a floor to speak on won't do any good for them, but it's also because he's Vic's arguably only legitimate source they have to attack and spin like a motherfucker.

If they can soften the blow that Slatoschs' affidavit would have been and still risk Slatosch touching up on his argument by being able to VOICE it with context then I feel bad for Vic's case. There's no way they'd openly depose him unless they were confident in being able to spin the affidavit or things mentioned in the affidavit. Either that or attacking Slatosch is literally they're best and only bet at surviving an appeal.

I'm no lawyer and I'm likely stupid as fuck but how Slatosch answers questions will hopefully remind us that 1) he's not KV 2) he's not ISWV and 3) just how much riding on one convention contract to argue for all of these claims (when there were more contracts that could have been gotte) could be a problem. We'll see.

I think you got a point. Chuck seems pro self as well, and I’m thinking Ty sees that as “at least it’s not anti-Vic”. As for one contract being the deal, wasn’t the talking here that one contract that Ty had at the TCPA hearing enough had Chupp not decided to just punt this to appeals?
