Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

I can respect a guy who has self confidence, and I'm not gonna disparage the work it took to get a law license. That being said those tweets were some of the most disgusting, self congratulating, masturbatory bullshit I've read in a while. The way he describes himself coming in like Superman from halfway across the globe, how no one saw him coming. He must make these tweets to substitute for masturbating, because we all know that he can't even get hard without going into cardiac arrest. Thank God that mosquito was there, if Lemon head can't have sex that greatly reduced the chance of offspring. Now if only there was a second mosquito...
Agree that the tone of Lemwhaa's tweet were very revealing about what kind of human being he is. Think what you will about Ty, but I am certain you would not have seen this type of behaviour from him had he been successful with the TCPA.

You know, I'd have no issue with Vic being alone with my daughter, but I'd have a huge issue with Lemoine being alone with my daughter. Dude gives me genuinely bad vibes. A lot of red flags.
I dunno man, you might pick up your daughter to discover she a new obsession with Star Trek, metal-armed midgets, and an appalling choice in trousers.

Don't think it's posted yet, but the appeal is now on ResearchTX
ID: 02-19-00394-CV
Lemwaaah also filed a motion to dismiss

So Ty officially filed the appeal rather than waiting for the sanctions hearing?
Considering that Chupp has, unless I missed it, not assigned any dates for the sanctions hearing, then filing the appeal seems like a good way to cover all his bases.

In this way, worse thing that could happen is appeals court says, do it again after the sanctions hearing.

One thing Lemon didn't put is that some case law indicates that the right moment for a TCPA appeal can be at the discretion of the court. Yes some case law also says that it has to be after the sanctions hearing, again TCPA is a fucking mess.

Even if appeals court denies the appeal for being untimely then is just filing again after the hearing. No harm doing it now.

Edit, ok just saw the next post, in short Ty may not have filed anything which means Lemon may have thrown himself down the stairs chasing a laser pointer's red dot, which is also a likely possibility.

Disliking a party is not a substitute for analysis. Since all Mike can do is dislike one party, he should leave all the commentary to others. Say what you want about the farms, but there is no hug box here. People here will at least call strikes even if they wished it wasn't a strike. It is one reason why I enjoy the commentary here.

I suppose it is too much to ask that Twit Law try to be a little bit rational in their readings. Upon reflection, after dropping in a few minutes ago, yeah, it is definitely too much. Pulling their heads out their asses would suffocate most of them since they have adapted to be entirely dependent on breathing their own farts while in the same breath telling you their farts don't stink.

Man, you better actually have something to back it up if you're going to accuse a 3rd party of perjury just because their statement (THAT THEY KEPT RECEIPTS FOR) contradicts your client's testimony.
This is where we see Chupp for what he really is, if he's just lazy and wanted to clear his slate from a complicated case that he's just so high and might above, he'll most likely start smacking Lemonparty the fuck down. If he lets this escaped special ed student get these bullshit motions through, there's something else going on.

Anyone who could look at that atrocious font in that hideous document and call it good legal writing is a biased piece of shit. That format is objectively a war crime. No style manual will tell you to use small caps outside of law reviews which for some insane reason continue to use them albeit in very limited circumstances. They should never be used in a legal document, and if they must be used, they should only be used for brief headings, not for solid paragraphs of text.

They should absolutely never be used in legal writing outside of the extremely few uses the Bluebook recommends.

Dumbford is out of his fucking mind on this.

At least he picked a font as miserable to read as his voice is to listen to, so props for accuracy.
