Quinton has always been an arrogant, condescending fatso who thinks smugly chuckling at whoever slightly disagrees from his opinions is the best way to win a discussion and make himself look more intelligent than them.
Only difference is BreadTube is falling apart faster than either of them because if someone shows the slightest sign of wrongthink, they're automatically cancelled. You only need to look upthread a bit and see what happened to ContraPoints to see it can happen to anyone, and the threshold for pissing the fanbase off is stupidly low.
Someone on the breadtube thread explained this pretty well. Most breadtube fans think they're anticapitalist when they're really just antisocial. They have mental issues, have pretty much failed at every endeavor they've tried, and have no long term stake in society, so they want to overthrow society because clearly it must be to blame for their failures. They attack capitalism because it's an easy part of society to target. The framework and community to support them in attacking it is already there. This extends to other people. Any discomfort they feel over anything is someone else's fault and that person should be punished. There's no taking responsibility, but tons of blaming.
I posted this over in the mother's basement thread, and while he's only absolutely tangentially at best related to breadlinetube, he shares their mindset. These people aren't communist, they aren't socialist, they aren't even anticapitalist, they just don't like when other people make money.
So I've sat through this monstrosity and I'm left wondering is Quinton just making content to spite his "haters" at this point? The last time he released a video this convoluted and overly long it was that three and a half hour bee movie video which I barley watched because I couldn't stand the film when it came out and the memes grew old pretty quickly. This is a different beast entirely though the first thing I noticed is that he plugs his sex doll retailer of choice multiple times for humor's sake I guess.
Brad Jones is a JERK who took all the pretty girls, leaving Quinton unable to find a boyfriend-free girl.
