They're self deluded rich people that actively don't care so long as their money doesn't burn out and the peasants don't bother them.

Also hilarious given he's mostly moving (after living there just fine for most of his life) because New York's current crop of brainlets are asking for a retread of the 1970s by killing businesses and nuking themselves out of money. Like how they prevented 50k management jobs from making it to NYC and the support jobs that'd bring by having Amazon base there.

But then, great powers all nations have skeletons like this. Like the time that France tried to take money from Mexico over a damn baker, or when they decided to fuck up in Indochina when their staffers worked with the Japs and then De Gaulle proved why him dying earlier would've been better. Or the time the UK warred with an African kingdom over a chair... or Iran because the Anglo-Persian Oil Company wouldn't have majority control over the fields.
FTFY.

When people ask me "why do you want to kill all humans" I scream "I learned it by watching you!"

The New York Times has now devolved to the point where it's writing stories to bitch about Trump retweeting unverified accounts. Twitter isn't the real world, guys, no matter how many times to try to hoist it up as the "new town square", it's just not. Twitter does not matter.

That can note that one shouldn't get their news or news about policies directly from the president.

On the other hand, it's absolutely petty that they spent so much time just to analyze this for a smear piece.

Reminds me of this Cracked article from way back when. Dunno why, the tone is quite different. I guess because it shows how some people just utterly crumbled as a result of Orange Man Bad.

Don't get me wrong, it's a beautifully written tribute to his wife, one I sincerely believe to be full of love... It's just based on an incorrect premise.

My favorite quote from that article.
"We would rather have an unqualified man who grabs, rapes, violates, bullies, and dehumanizes women as our leader than a uniquely qualified woman."

>Uniquely
>Qualified

I don't think she was that qualified.

Maybe they should do some fact finding into their reporting on the Holocaust during WWII or into Stalin's regime during the Cold War when they earned a Pulitzer for effectively ignoring the disappearing of people Stalin didn't like...

Again this talking point always irks me because the only qualifications for running for president and becoming president are: be a natural born citizen; be at least the age of 35; and be a resident of the United States for at least fourteen years.

Nothing else matters and you could elect a certifiable lunatic if the people so wanted to. That's the beauty of this country. Barring any other issues such as having been impeached from any position and voted to not be able to hold any federal office thereafter, the 22nd Amendment and having swore an oath to the Constitution but then deciding to rebel against the United States.

They soooooo need to find an out for getting baited by his trolling.

You'd THINK impeachment would disqualify someone from holding any form of office (appointed or elected), but nope, there's Alcee Hastings sitting there grinning like a monkey.

I thought the narrative was that the Trump campaign was colluding the Russian government, and that they had direct access to these emails in the first place. That's probably still the narrative, to be fair, it's just that these journalists are too fucking stupid to put 2 and 2 together and understand that these two narratives are completely incompatible.

You know why Mueller had this information and didn't bother releasing it? Because it's practically exculpatory evidence. It could be used to prove that he didn't get the emails from Russia, so of course Mueller fucking sat on it.

Stalin's Twitter account probably would have looked like Jake Alley's minus the troon shit. Lots of long diatribes on topics nobody cares about. Tons of forced likes by people who didn't read it.

Well, we had him already and his name was Bill Clinton. And I guess remaining married to a rapist does indeed qualify her as unique.
