Chuck is a coward after all. You doomed yourself the moment you sent that affidavit; you can't back pedal this hard. If Sabat and his gang drives you to Alec Holowka yourself, I'd proudly celebrate in having one less spineless subhuman wasting air on our planet.
True, being a pussy on this scale is where I don't support someone, when you make big moves you need people to back you up if you are honest about them and willing to make the sacrifices. Instead, Chuck being a twofaced snake is gonna mean that it's open season on his ass from both sides.

Chuck should have just stayed on one side or have said nothing at all. I get he's trying to be kind and all but he shouldn't do this right now. It also seems that none of his "friends" care that hes defending them and that he is still part of iswv.

Chuck accused Sabat of being the Harvey Weinstein of dub anime and openly defended Vic in a legal document. His only salvation is submitting another affidavit saying how he was spewing bullshit in the last one and that Sabat and the Orcatroon Kasting Kouch Krew dindu nuffin. Why the hell would Sabat want to work with or support someone who's accusing him of being a sex pest and running a work place where that shit's tolerated and covered up? You make accusations like that when you want someone destroyed, either because they genuinely are an evil person (like Sabat is) or because you're an evil person (like MoRon are).

Although at this point I wouldn't be surprised if that affidavit's coming, I'm just curious as to how Chuck will phrase it. Lemonfuhrer Jayshawn and Sabat don't want this "well both sides!" bullshit, they want a repudiation of everything negative he said about the KV crew in his first affidavit.

Chuck is definitely approaching lolcow status at escape velocity.

But he doesn't believe in that so I'll say it in simpler terms:

Quick enough to make his butthole bleed.
Being a flat-earther makes him already borderline lolcow. Oh, sorry, he's a "flat earth agnostic", since he doesn't know if the evidence favors a round earth and there's compelling evidence that the earth might be flat.

He apparently can't even have conviction in his beliefs of flat-earth. Falling back on some wishy-washy bullshit about quantum-theory and the two-slit test to waffle on his opinion.

At this point, I just think he's the r/niceguy type who follow schrodinger's opinion. It's only a firm opinion until someone's offended, then it was just a joke bruh.

Just really is odd after how dangerous the 2nd amended petition is in appeals, with Huber's affidavit/declaration back on the table, the only way to guarantee it's struck or put into question is to make Chuck out to be pants-shitting-crazy and have him pull a full KONY, and have him run in the middle of traffic naked

This shit of "both sides" is getting really old in this situation. No one shares equal blame in a conflict, most of the time it's close but sometimes can also be black and white. Like I've said in the past. People are too stuck with this "shades of grey" mentality being absolute because it was they were raised with it, it's like people don't even understand the concept of punishing someone accordingly.

However what's gonna make this shit even more funny in the end however, is when the people that are larping around Chuck like he was their daddy find out he wouldn't fully commit to their side they are gonna lose their shit and then he's gonna beg KV to take him back but they are gonna tell him to fuck off. But the best part will be the sperging of ISWV over how another FUNI VA fucked them over, that will either expose the most honest defenders or destroy the movement.

Uh and speaking about larping:

If Chuck is so nervous and get's panic attacks right now, things are gonna get a lot worse.

TUG has a point. but it's horrible executed, just ask Lola.

Seriously doubt that they will stand by their own prinipals at this point.

😂😂🤣🤣 This is fucking priceless.

I don't have a problem with fence sitters as long as they actually sit on the fence and not just dangle to whatever side has slightly greener grass at whatever particular hour of the day it happens to be.

Right now, i would have more respect for Chuck if he outright came out and said he made up everything in the previous statement and was just playing Vic to get inside information for the defendants.

Only way you can stay neutral in this mess is get the fuck out ASAP, The fact that KV is pissing on it is one of the reasons why this issue is black and white in the first place. In other words. KV kicked down the fence.

The gift that keeps on giving is how exceptional all sides get when waiting for something to happen.

The attempted Slatosch deposition turned up nothing that could be radicalized, nobody is making any public appearances to my knowledge besides Vic, and suddenly everyone is jumpy and ready to jump ship and buy into that healing bullshit or just lolcow out.

I learned my lesson with the dismissals, and I think a lot of us did as far as investing energy into the success or failure of this case. It's given me a fresh perspective, and it's one I'm enjoying.

Here is what I learned: as soon as the next moves are made it's gonna be bloodshed. The supporters of each side are so desperate for anything to go down that even the slightest twitch sends them into an uproar.

And when there's nothing, they eat themselves alive.

If Nick is correct about next week, and something does happen, we might just see all these people and Chuck flip flop again.

And dear Chucklefuck, if you're reading this, (someone will probably show you because they love to gossip rather than actually facing the music and coming to bat with KF), a word of warning:

You've burned both of your bridges off the island, Chuck. You are seen as a liability by KV and the defense and Vic and his friends no longer trust you.
KV is playing nice because they are clinging desperately to the hope that you will recant and burn Vic at the stake. As soon as this lawsuit is over, regardless of who wins, you will find yourself as the next target. Maybe not immediately, but they will find a reason to destroy you. The only reason they haven't yet is it will only make their lies more evident.

Holding onto the hope that you won't get thrown to the wolves isn't going to do you any good. Hope in one hand, shit in the other and see which fills up first.

I hope you're ready to swim.

Incidentally, if this is all Chuck panicking because he thinks the case not only got dismissed but is going to stay dismissed, and there's no chance to rescue Vic legally, he'll cool his jets if the appeal flips the ruling. I read this as Chuck starting this out trying to play mediator and calm down people (he's known they hated Vic for decades, and very likely tried to keep people cool and calm and play peacemaker with that for years, whether or not it was successful I suspect he felt it was). This fizzled out and Vic + Ty firmly but nicely told him to stop, and that if he wanted to help, they needed his help in the legal battle. So Chuck shut up on the social media side of things, and made that affidavit instead, which is devastating for the defendants.

Then Chupp Chupped it. Immediately upon hearing that things were being dismissed, before the hearing itself was even finished, Chuck started panicking and freaking out at Vic. Very likely the content of those texts involved things like berating him for insisting on trying the legal strategy, that it was doomed from the start, and that now it would be harder - if not impossible - for them to fix it the way HE said it should be done from the start, with PR and peacemaking. Because Chuck really is Vic's friend, though, he did eventually simmer down and back off on personally berating Vic about it, but I don't think his opinion has changed. I think he believes the law path has failed, and that the only option forward is desperately trying to put out the fires and making people play nice together again for 'the sake of the community'.

Now, he's hopelessly naive, as this could never work - the only reason it likely appeared to work in the past was that they lacked the opportunity to destroy Vic then - but you can see the logic path he's attempting to follow. He thinks putting out the fires and ending the fighting will get people's hackles down and he can slip Vic back into things once everyone's calmed down. He doesn't understand that 'when everyone calms down' it's game over. Vic just loses forever at that point. Because the people he's dealing with legitimately hate Vic. They want nothing but destruction and death for Vic, and no amount of peacemaking or groveling or smoothing things out can fix it. Not once they've gotten what they wanted. They'll cling to it as long as possible, even if it means their own destruction.

That said. Following this logic, if the legal situation were to turn around, then we'll see Chuck magically shut up again and start participating in Vic's lawsuit again. Because in the end, I think it's less that Chuck is scared for himself, and more that he's a very obstinant man who just wants the best for his friend. He just doesn't get that what he's doing isn't helping Vic, it's hurting him.

This is why I tempered my expectations way back when Chupp went full re.tard during the hearing. I knew that things weren't going to be clean and neat at that point, when all players in the game were full spectrum.

It's not even fun to react to half of the impotent outrage because we're watching morons who got a taste of e-fame for covering something on twitter/youtube absolutely desperate for content, cause they're all starved since most of the people who reported on it before were talentless coat-tail riding lolcalves.

Chuck, please jump off of the edge of the flat earth.

Kinda scary that ISWV spergs are eating up Chuck's words and idolizing him. Saw someone say they purged their timeline of any negative mention of Monica and Jamie, because Chuck's words "inspired" them. Pretty funny that they also said they created a second account to apologise to Jamie and Monica and they immediately blocked him.

At this point, I think it'd be best if Ty just got rid of Chuck's affidavit. That one line that still immensely bothers me is Chuck saying Vic used his fame to get pussy from fans. Vic never admitted to using his fame to get sex and he especially never said he used his fame to get sex from fans. I think he specifically said he doesn't have sex at conventions. Now you have it on record from a friend of Vic that Vic deems trustworthy that Vic basically manipulated his fans into fucking him. This was brought up before, but people (including Nick) said it wasn't a big deal. I do think it's a big deal. Chuck would probably enlarge upon his idea of Vic being a manipulator if he were to be questioned in court, which would not help Vic at all. Just get rid of him while you still can.

I'm starting to believe that @Svetlana is the only friend that Vic can continuously count on.

Actually, you're misremembering/misinterpreting what Chuck said. He said "I believe Vic used his fame in shameful ways to attain sex". He never said it was with fans, he never said Vic manipulated people. It could mean Vic did it with some groupies, but it could also mean he went to random women at the bar and was like "Hey, babe, I'm a voice actor. I'm famous. Yeah. I got invited to some pretty big events around the world." etc. It might also mean he got involved in some actor orgies, or compensated some staff with sexual favors/allowed sexual favors as compensation. There's a very large range of what 'shameful' can mean, and it's even bigger if a conservative person says it. Honestly, Chuck might just find indulging gold diggers, or using your fame AT ALL involving sex - instead of just building a relationship out of mutual interests and etc - is shameful.

I think what Chuck needs is someone to tell him, that there is no talking things through with these types of individuals, they won't compromise, they won't negotiate, they want a target REMOVED. That means in their eyes, you are no different than the ones defending their target, and you become a target by association of defending their target or not solely supporting their distorted perception and warped narrative.

However in the negative context of what Chuck is saying is more in line with what Neil Kaplan implied some VA's behaved like in his former handlers Emily's statement on instagram. From what I've seen and heard about Vic's sex life he's been a playa and a gentleman at best and a horndog at worst. However he's not been a creep unlike Sabrat Weebstein. What Chuck has done is a textbook example of slut shaming, So what if you use your fame to get laid, it's just a crouch that people will laugh at you for if you over use it and if Chuck has a problem with Vic fucking around then he should keep it off the record. It sounds really dumb to blow Vic's sex life out of proportion like that.

And that is why I am on the brink of just being a Vic supporter instead of a member of ISWV, I was posting those idiots tweets here to show that is EXACTLY what is happening. What that says is that they are not loyal to Vic and would kiss the asses of the most vile women on the planet because some misguided believe in forgiveness which is the first steps of becoming an SJW, having a fucked up sense of right and wrong alongside a twisted sense of conviction. Well, it's clear they are traitors to their own movement and they are too dumb to realise that until it is too late.

Nah, anyone with a brain would know that these fuckers will use you before tossing you into the fire. Chuck's failed to stay in the camp he's chosen so I am just gonna watch as his autistic peacemaking blows up in his face and Imma laugh and say 'told ya so'.
