Cartman is a cishet white man, everyone knows it.
The different colored eyes and the scar is because Kenny accidentally throws a shuriken into his eye in one of the episodes (season 8 episode 1 to be exact, pretty good episode) so they draw him with a scar and a blind eye (I think).
The earring and the green hair is because idk. Transgender headcannon maybe?

funny enough, Cartman gets away with a lot in the fandom for being pretty obviously not straight. The woobification on tumblr can get extreme. Many many girls are obsessed with calling Cartman, a 10 year-old, a bottom. It's kind of telling that they see a ten year-old boy crossdress and they run around shrieking exceptionally "SUCH A BOTTOM SKSKSKS"

Your art is not bad and I don't think it's SJW art either (although it's hard to judge based on two drawings) but if you want art critique or just post your stuff you should post in the appropriate threads next time. ("Post your Art" Thread -, Art Critique + Advice -)
The other two artist you posted about are what I would consider mild sjw art. They are not trying to push an agenda, trash their art with large amount of pride flags or make really dumb headcannons based on what you showed but the colors on some of pieces are giving me an eye cancer or the coloring is way too dull, also some of the poses just look wrong. Anyway they are not something I would post about.
I would suggest you to look through this whole thread if you are interested what most people here consider true sjw art and what isn't.
