Assuming this is actually happening, I have a feeling that Chupp’s asinine performance at TCPA, the fallout of the dismissed claims and Phlegmoine being a psycho with those documents is what ultimately pushed Ty to get more aggressive. Sometimes, if you light a match, you’re going to set your house on fire.

I think Ty expected a higher level of professionalism out of the defense. Right now Lemoine being an idiot is far more time intensive than anticipated.
