You're missing the point. DLive isn't a competitor; it offers nothing Youtube doesn't. They have the same draconian ToS and CoC, they'll withhold donations without notifying the streamer if they end up under review, and the site is still as barren as the Epic store. It's Youtube for people who want to pretend they're safe, but they aren't. No amount of streamers reply-guying their way into Jim's DMs on behalf of the management begging him to come back to DLive will change that. It was not, and will continue to not be, a viable home for this type of content. If it was he would still be there.

Plenty of people, including Jim himself, know that peer to peer streaming is the single viable streaming option. No amount of pussyfooting around the rules will save you from these shithouse chink services; what is there today will be gone sooner or later when the service decides it's comfortable with it's market share and starts pruning problem branches. He's better off running his own shit through Vaughn Live and waiting for Bitchute streaming to release than crawling back to the Chinese lemon mods and begging them not to nuke him mid-stream again.

He can always use streamlabs and such for donations in the meantime. That is until YouTube decides to take away his streaming rights. Then he'll be fucked completely unless he decides to go back on his word, which he's completly fine with doing a la merch selling, and goes back to DLive.

Bitchute has been teasing streaming as an option for awhile now. It’ll probably never happen or at least not for another year or two.

Streams will immediately attract the spergiest bullshit and inevitably be a bad PR magnet. And considering how relatively unmolested Bitchute has been, I doubt this is something they want to do while both sides of the political spectrum are getting cancel culture happy.
