In what way. The order was supposed to detail his findings on the case, not "It doesn't meet the burden because I said so, now here's the rule." Citing to the rule with no explanation as to how it applies isn't a citation, it's lazy.

Most social media run by corporations do, actually, control themselves and their people. Hollywood and their ilk are exceptions as they are (actual) contractors, and they pay the price when they piss off their audience. Don't get me wrong, that guy is autistic as hell, probably one of the most autistic ISWV members of all time. Yet I don't remember that guy ever posting something that could be construed as him encouraging / threatening violence. He's been consistenly spamming RT's and their VA's twitter mentions with pleas to bring Vic back and dumb memes ever since the beginning of the year. He posted some shit about Jason not being the "real" Qrow and how Jason sucked. But that's really it. Whining and non threatening autistic screeching, that's all that guy is guilty of. Jason apparently wants him to get banned from conventions for this. And his address.
I mean, what's he gonna do? Challenge Jason to a Yu Gi Oh duel to the death? Steal his soul beause he ain't got one? Dude's just a harmless autist that really, really cares about Vic as Qrow and RWBY.
