This was about March time frame, Kaplan comes out against Vic then some girl comes out against Kaplan. Granted the girl had WAAAAAY more details about her run in with Kaplan compared to even Marchi. Neil Kaplan is a voice actor who came out against Vic in March and recalled the horror of Vic jumping on him which he (Kaplan) cried as sexual harassment, while giving his ABSOLUTELY not biased account towards Vic which includes Vic being a little late for a panel.
