Rukia a shit tsundere. Tatsuki was the better flattie anyways.Rukia was the better waifu anyway.
Bretty good explanation.Neil Kaplan is a voice actor who came out against Vic in March and recalled the horror of Vic jumping on him which Neil cried as sexual harassment, while giving his absolutely not biased account towards Vic which includes Vic being a little late for a panel.
Oh the HORROR!
A day or so later, a young woman who handled Neil revealed that he was very inappropriate and sent her messages that was basically flirting with the poor young woman, who was so uncomfortable that she wanted little to do with Neil for quite some time~ Unfortunately, she ended up assigned to him at an entirely different con and in his hotel room this rat bastard pressed himself up behind her while say "God, I wanna snuggle." despite it being wrong and him being married (I think he is)
Girl showed the receipts and backed up her statements (Unlike Monica, Kara, Manjaw, and others) but that soy-filled faggot Ron essentially called her a liar without even saying it, because Neil aided in the bullshit against Vic for Monica and Jamie.
Neil ran from Weeb Wars after that, only to slink out once Judge Chumpp did the dismissals and now this shitty article with Blamey Harpy.
Late and gay, I know but there's your explanation~
Tier Harribel, The ocean goddess. However I'm also an appreciator of ALL the bleach waifus, all of which are lovely source of lewds.Rukia a shit tsundere. Tatsuki was the better flattie anyways.
Bretty good explanation.
Every big moeblob/demure waifu feat 2 3DS game edgelords doesn't feel as literal who as 3rd Wesker or Yukiko who's banned from everything at least.Reading the name Steph made my heart sink a little, until I realized it was some literal who VA. The Chuck saga may be hitting me to hard.
Take some fucking notes Chump Huber.
Roles:I've sincerely never heard of her outside of weeb wars, despite finding out she voices Orihime from Bleach. That shows irrelevant she is to me at least.
Update on Vic’s GFM; it passed $258K. It is currently $258,115 as we speak.

Gave it a listen, seemed pretty decent for an outside perspective. Some brief highlights:
- Vic may have had a decent case, but Ty fucked it up hard at critical times to the point of possibly qualifying for malpractice
- The TI and Defamation claims against Toye are definitely the strongest, but Ty completely fumbled the ball with the notary shit and the amended pleading.
- Ty seems generally incompetent with the above incident, as well as wasting time on Nick's streams and running around in circles trying to get Toye to confirm his tweets, when Ty should have just said "is there any reason for you to think these *aren't* your tweets", get a no as a response, and move on
- Chupp clearly wrote out his ruling while sitting on the shitter for how brief and conclusory it was. The facts that he didn't cite any cases and misspelled "liability" suggest this.
- Nick seems to be competent when it comes to black letter interpretation of law, but not experienced with the practice. They cite a stream where Nick said the structure of the TCPA hearing itself could be appealed - where in the real world trial judges tend to do whatever the fuck they want when it comes to the structure of hearings because they consider themselves the kings/queens of the court
- Vic's reputation has been shit for years based on their independent research, so even if he's completely in the right it's harder to look good making the arguments. They say he's arguably defamation proof because of how long his reputation has been like this.
- This case is clearly being used by groups like KF and Lawtwitter to fight the culture war. If someone wanted to legally fight against #metoo and cancel culture, they should pick a squeaky clean person who was wrongfully damaged, not someone like Vic
- Whether or not Vic is innocent, they point out that the current ruling sets a dangerous precedent - that any innocent person can get their life ruined, bring petitions to the courts, and get immediately shut down with no real consideration for any evidence involved
- The general consensus from the guys is that the appeal will probably end up not working out, but they equally wouldn't be surprised if some of it (especially the shit on Toye) got successfully appealed and brought back to trial. They do note that if it goes back to trial, they think Vic's case is fucked because of the dirt the defense will be able to dig up about him.
- Lawtwitter is particularly stupid, and apparently they've gotten death threats and dox threats from Lawtwitter speds
- Everyone who is involved in this mess of a case is incredibly fuckin stupid, and while it has been entertaining they partly regret ever looking at this burning shitheap

It’s amazing that this is the second time they’ve adopted the same financial practices that they ridiculed Vic for - the other being autographed artworks.Remember how they hate the Go Fund Me?
It's because they know how effective fundraising is and want to make sure no one but they get a chance to do so.
A) This is not the Jamie Marchi legal defense fund. This is a general fund for Time's Up. A lot of that money has gone to staff, overhead, travel, organizing events, producing documents, etc. They rented the Getty and the Opera House in LA recently for lavish fundraisers, word is they did not break even on either. They do other events in other venues, this is one of the best ways to virtue signal in 2019.
