Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Jim an exceptional individual for using Superchat? Why not Streamlabs? Youtube should have no control over it and unlike Superchat, they don't take a cut off your money.
He has a streamlabs. He stopped promoting it after Dlive probably because he figured the supachats and hats worked well enough.

Jim wouldn't have had to make a video if he could have waited 12 hours to get his shekels.

It's surprising to see how many people are unaware of YouTube's practice of holding on to the cash of demonetised people. It's happened many times before. The last big wave of this occured a few months ago when YouTube changed their policy after complaints from Mexican queer Carlos Maza.

I suspect less people are willing to use streamlabs since their chats don't appear at the top. Jim and others seem to be peddling the idea that this is some conspiracy where YouTube does this to steal money and interest, but that's pretty far fetched. YouTube is just incompetent. Of that $4000 or so YouTube owes him YouTube made ~$2666 off the 30% cut.

meh, at least he will finally get off his ass and do something for once. Although the amount of seething from the Sweetie Squad is hilarious.

I'm a fan of Jim, but its getting harder and harder to feel sorry for him.

He's fitting a pattern:

1) Bitch about YT and how he can't do anything on it while collecting bukus of money on superberries.
2) Stream once or twice on some fly-by-night streaming platform that is engaged in shady business practices.
3) Tease content that will never come (e.g., video on Barb, series on Honeybadgers, etc.); at best, start a series w/o actually finishing it.
4) Get kicked off of shady platform.
5) Return to streaming on YT to bitch further and collect superberries.

I'll go out on a limb and say that his demonetization isn't completely political. This is not to say that Hunter Avallone is right, but given the fact that other YouTubers that aren't necessarily political are having similar problems, I don't think they're signalling out Jim just because he's right-wing. Heck, Jim is pretty tame compared to Dame and others that use (((JUST A COINCIDENCE))) memes (Jim leaves that up to his audience). I think the theory that YouTube is simply stealing from their users is the more likely explanation in this instance.

To be fair, iirc the only platform he got kicked off of was Dlive everything else like stream.me or vid.me imploded.

Also it's hard to find non-shady sites cuz the current climate has made it impossible to monetize edgy shit. It's not just right wing shit.

I think he has a right to be optimistic since bitchute are outright stroking his cock, but whether he delivers is something else

He only got kicked from Dlive though. Hard to call that a pattern.

Also he seems to really try to establish himself when he goes on sites like Stream.me and Dlive. With Stream.me in particular he was very consistent.

But you’re probably right that this wasn’t political. Youtube tweeted at him saying he needs to put up videos and that the reused content notice was an accident.
Of course this is clearly a way for YT to trick Jim into posting videos to get flagged down and shoah him.

Pretty ironic how removing his videos to protect himself from getting shoahed ended up taking away his monetization.
:story:

Will Jim reupload relatively safe anti-sjw videos like tumblrisms to YouTube and apply for monetization in 30 days or will he tell YouTube to fuck off and stream some place else? This is getting interesting.

YouTube is so fucking pathetic with these scams you'd expect from some third world knockoff company. They want Jim's content, they drove him the fuck off with their bullshit, and now they're trying to trick him back. But no, they can't be seen as defending his "alt-right" beliefs even if he's more nihilistic than pushing any particular political propaganda.

Well, maybe, but right around this time Stefan Molyneux got shit canned by PayPal and now this. Either troons from YT fucked with the algorithm too much again or something very (((coincidental))) is going on.

Some of you guys got your sweetie squad hats on too tight. Jim isn't some political dissident who is worth the time to target intentionally.
He got listed in that retarded Alternative Influencer Network study. And if I remember correctly that gained some traction with journos.

He was also hanging out with Ralph on the healstream last year and YT took partucular exception with that.

Its not much of a stretch to say that he’d get targeted as a potential problem.
