Some follow up because this story just keeps getting funnier.

Because hos mad (for good reason) 'Macanaman' has been banned by the porn industry's own incestuously controlled testing organization, the so-called 'Talent Testing Service'*. As such, because he recognizes the need to at least present the impression that he might not be a walking petri dish, he is on Twitter posting a test report that he alleges is his and, if not faked and actually from him, may show him to be clear of HIV and several other STDs.

Leaving the information he has provided aside (Luis Pinol, DOB 3rd August 1987)**, there are other 'interesting' things about the report that this guy is presenting as proof that he didn't catch GRIDS on the D-LOW.

Firstly, the doctor who is listed as the 'client' on this report is one Dr. Sandra Wiita. Dr. Wiita is a doctor in Minnesota, working out of a clinic just out of Minneapolis. Now, in itself, that wouldn't necessarily mean much. A guy who shoots ghetto-ass porn has plenty of good reasons to be in Minneapolis. But.. Mr Pinol appears to be New Jersey based, and the 'specimen' identifier on the report he provides begins 'NJ', and the datetimes on the 'specimen information' are in EDT, so presumably the sample was taken in New Jersey.

How does that match up? Simple- Dr. Wiita works at least in part for a service that specializes in telemedicine. There are obviously many advantages to such services. Cost. Time flexibility. Not having to sit in a waiting room full of kids and other sick folks with dangerous diseases- diseases like colds.. flus.. candidiasis... Kaposi's sarcoma...

Now, I'm not an American pervert, so I'm not an expert on this sort of thing, but I'd be interested to hear from those who have had the experience of taking one of these broad-spectrum STD screens. I assume one generally goes into a clinic for a scheduled appointment where one's blood is taken. Does one actually have to present a photo ID or any other proof of identification at the clinic? If so, is whatever administrator does this actually motivated to call out a ringer sent in to take a test, unless they're looking at the ID for an 4' 11" Oriental woman who is a coal-black 6' 5" man in person?

I'm going to go with 'probably' and 'not really' unless told otherwise, which makes it very interesting that after failing a STD screen and dodging further screening for about a year, rather than just going straight to one of probably hundreds of clinics in NJ that could draw his blood and get a test run, he chose to get referred through an out of state doctor who while no doubt competent, likely doesn't know him from Adam and who would not be involved in verifying that he is who he says he is to any clinic.

After all, I doubt he told the nice lady on Skype that he needed the full battery of tests because he'd tested positive for an STD of an undisclosed nature a year ago, and had ignored the problem and endangered the health and even the lives of a whole bunch of his fellow human beings ever since. He will almost certainly have 'just broken up with a girlfriend who he found out used heroin and rawdogged strangers' or something along those lines. Sad story, noone really has any reason to distrust him and refuse to provide him with a test that shows his name and a clear result, he presents as just a guy trying to make sure he's safe.

This is why the American porn industry formed a testing body in the first place- because the people they rely on exploiting are dishonest mentally ill drug addicts who can't be trusted to look after themselves.

I'm not saying that he has full blown AIDS and just sent his little cousin who's clear to a clinic in his place, but all these coincidences really make you think.

On the other hand, Macana's supporters like 'QueenTrannyDeepThroat' are adamant in their support, and insist that he was set up and that crazy white boys get away with this all the time, so what do I know? I wish Luis Pinol and especially his immune system all the best.

I am an American pervert, and the answer is: "it depends." Generally, you can't just order up a batch of tests by yourself; you have to go see a doctor, and that doctor will order the tests. When you make your first visit, they generally make sure you have good insurance and ask for ID, but they're not particularly diligent about it as long as the insurance clears; the trick you mentioned about sending your clean cousin would absolutely work. They tend to be a bit lax after that, though: I'm in the DB, and come by often enough that they know me around there, so as long as my insurance clears they don't ask for anything else. If he was already in the system in MN, it's entirely possible he could send a ringer with his insurance card and nobody would be the wiser.

Much appreciated, thank you. In this case Mr. Pinol seems to have had his draw done in his home state of New Jersey (the doctor in question is Minnesota based but is licensed to do video consults in about half the states of the union- and I would certainly not question her competence to do so- you have to expect people are acting in good faith to some extent).

I'm assuming that Amwell or whatever online consultation system he went through to get the referral sets things up with the clinics that do the draw. I wonder if they let you pay the (presumably fixed price for the uninsured) cost up front as well and avoid going through all that hassle with the billing administrators..

Hannah Hays isn't bad looking outside the weird teeth, so i get why some would fuck her based on looks, however soon as you hear her talk and what she is saying I don't get how anyone could unless you have a retard fetish like JFG, if it was me would feel like I raped her because she clearly doesn't have the mental capacity to consent.
