Yeah we dropped the ball on that one. But on your blacklist point, cons don't generally share their lists. There is not some master Anime Con spreadsheet with who each con banned and why.
We have to talk to each other and find out, and usually it is only related to bigger issues with people.

Cons are REQUIRED to communicate with other cons and that means sharing the supposed "blacklisted" individuals from entering the cons. That's what a "blacklist" is, faggot.
