Late reply, but from my understanding, Ilbe is basically like the Korean version of /pol/ and you are indeed going to find a lot of incels on there. One of the most well-known insults that they commonly use to refer to women with is the term "kimchi bitch" which basically means "a vapid Korean woman who only care about things like shopping and secretly wants to be a Westerner".

I think it's funny how incels use the Pareto Distribution (a.k.a the 80/20) rule to imply that 80% of women, when left to their own devices, fuck 20% of men (but not the other way round, for some fucking reason) because it shows a complete lack of understanding of basic statistics. Incels don't live in the real world, they live in a world where ugly, fat women are routinely banging dudes that look like Travis Fimmel and Chris Hemsworth.
