The contract was broken, they had to create a NEW one, Vic and the con had to pay for more security for people that didn't show up cause they did what they threatened him with.

You are still making stuff up. Cons don't do that either. Most cons have clauses that guests can't appear at other shows in X distance within X days.

It is up to the guest or agent to make sure there are no conflicts, not the con.
