DSP: Youtube is fucking bullshit; there's no growth potential.
Also DSP: Kojima is fucking bullshit because now I can't make money off Youtube videos.


DSP cares heavily about Youtube. If he didn't, there would be no need to mute the music on every single Twitch stream and make his Twitch streams worse. Don't believe his "it's for my loyal fans that can't watch Twitch" bullshit.

DSP wishes he could go back to 2016 when he could just play video games by himself, upload Youtube videos, and call it a day; none of this "live streaming" bullshit.

The solution would be to get rid of the night stream entirely and just have one long stream, right? He could spend time with Kat, upload to YouTube earlier, watch his shows earlier, go to sleep earlier, feel better in the morning and even have time to shower so he doesn't look like a fucking bum. Wrong! There's nothing he can do! I swear, this idiot goes out of his way to make his life as miserable as possible (which he deserves) just to have things to whine about.

Nahh, it's really just autistic desire to pretend he's working a real job with full hours and also just one last chance to fleece his mentally handicapped audience of what little tard bux or walmart greeter money they have left.

DSP's schedule makes no fucking sense if you think about it for more than a second, so there's no reason to try to analyze it.

Giving DSP every single benefit of the doubt, his schedule is:
10 am-1:30 pm, 1:45 pm-4 pm, 6:30 pm-9 pm Pacific
1 pm-4:30, 4:45-7, 9:30 pm-12 am Eastern
5-8:30, 8:45-11 pm, 1:30 am-4 am GMT

The best you can say is that his day stream is for his European audience and his night stream is for his west coast audience. Neither stream makes sense for an East coast audience.

Having a 2 1/2 hour dinner break when Kat has dinner ready for him at the start makes no sense.

DSP takes giant breaks to convince himself that he works 11 hours, 6 days per week: 10 am to 9 pm.

DSP can never change his schedule for ANY reason even though nobody gives a shit. He considers it unprofessional.

Remember his ranting that streamers were sellouts for "dropping everything they were doing and disrespecting their audience" to play Apex Legends? DSP literally said that playing Apex Legends without scheduling it in advance was disrespectful.

I think his boredquit of the Olympic game is the first time he's changed his schedule in 2019.

True. And again talking out of both sides of his mouth. 'People want to see me! The game doesn't matter!' versus 'Changing the schedule is disrespectful! They're here to see the game!' Well which is it Phil? I rarely know what the streamers I actually enjoy are playing before I tune in.

When Phil first solidified this streaming schedule, does anyone remember what his reasoning was? That must be documented somewhere.

This guy is claiming that walking downstair to cook himself food is some herculean task,I know this video is old but it never ceases to amaze me how he pretends his life is so difficult when he makes a little over 100k playing videos games poorly for a few hours and never leaves his house until he runs out of food and need to buy more. His fans are either children or exceptional as well,how cloud you not laugh at this?

Ok lets analyze this herculean task:
-I have to boil water.
You put water inside a cooking pot,turn on the fire,put the cooking pot there and do something else while you wait for it to boil,less than a minute of work,you do something else while you wait.
-I have to boil the pasta.
After the water boils you put pasta in there,30 seconds at most and you do something else while you wait.
-I have to defreeze the sauce
You put it in the microwave and wait until it defrosts,takes 30 seconds or less and you just have to wait doing something else.
-I have to combine the pasta and sauce.
Literally takes 30 seconds.
-I have to clean up.
He needs to wash one plate and one tupperware,1 minute at most.

Apparently two and a half hours is not enough to do this.

Or just Peanut Butter and Jelly.

Or ordering a pizza.

Or the hundreds of other ways to get food in less than two hours.

when people watch dave they want dave
but when people watch other streamers it's for the game only
and he somehow knows this
 
The closest thing that may have to be done to "babysit the uploads" is put the video thumbnail in place while it's uploading. You can put all other data; title, description, tags, playlist, etc while the video is uploading or in queue of uploading, but you can only put thumbnails in when the video is actively uploading. There are also times if you have a long upload time, the YouTube system will lose the event key and any data you put in for a video won't be applied; but the video file itself will be properly uploaded. Even if your internet has a hiccup that doesn't last too long, YouTube can automatically resume a file uploaded if it went down in the middle of one. If the hiccup is too long and doesn't lose the event key, it'll actually go to the next file in queue. If you're concerned about time, you're even given a countdown and percentage counter for how much more uploading is needed. Especially if you're clever enough to do something like use a word document to type out all the data (title, description, tags); do that and you can just drag and drop the data into the appropriate fields, or if you're really classy, you can use the built-in features that automatically populate fields with specific words. Phil isn't even capable of uploading playthrough files in order, so any idea of him babysitting the uploads is fucking hilarious... and a fucking lie.

Since DSP loves wrestling so much, let me give a wrestling analogy.

In the 90s during the Attitude Era, people used to go on TV and talk about "getting ratings" all the time. And the question was "why should the fans give a shit about the ratings?"

So to DSP, why the fuck should your Twitch audience care that you cannot get ad revenue on your Youtube channel for the same video which you've already raised $94? Oh no, you won't make that $1-$2 for the Youtube video now!

Then again, this is the same guy that has a sub goal with the incentive of a Christmas raising funds begathon.
