Due process applies to everyone... Not just criminal trials. The TCPA is just preventing this from even getting to trial court in the first place. I'm not sure why this can't be understood. So you can't say he lost in court because a trial hasn't even happened for this case... You're just hiding behind free speech like a coward. You don't care if things are true or not.
