Popeye's: $3.99 for 3.9oz = $1.02/oz
KFC: $3.99 for 3.2oz = $1.25/oz
Chick-fil-A: $3.49 for 3.6oz = $0.97/oz

His previous go-to, Chick-fil-A, is still the best deal on a chicken-per-dollar basis (with this sample size of one admittedly).

Just about the only useful thing he said in this video was the 3 seperate times he reminds us not to put foil in the microwave. Bravo!
