OMG she is exceptional. Why do all these munchies do, like, half the necessary research? She researched enough to know what plasmapheresis is, but not enough to know what one looks like when it’s in use. That one is not in use. Everything on there is fresh (tubing, filter, etc.) so she didn’t just get done, either.

It's not stupidity so much as it's desperation to prove her lies and maintain her eating disorder and sick girl facade. So what if the machine hasn't been used? All she said was that she needed it for something (kidney failure? That didn't work out. GBS? Sure, plasmapheresis for her worst-case-ever GBS that doesn't respond to IVIG) and here's a photo that proves she was in the vicinity.

And people aren't going to call her on it because she is possibly the most garbage individual in this thread and will ruin lives to protect her sick girl persona and her eating disorder. She has actually successfully gotten someone sentenced to months in jail by framing them for a crime because they had the audacity to question her. If I got that from one source I'd write it off as probably untrue. I got it from three, with receipts.

Forgive my PL, but this is relevant. When my dad was diagnosed with a condition called myesenthenia gravis, the doctors gave him plasmapheresis as part of the treatment.

It's horrible. In his case they administered it through his jugular vein, so there was this huge bunch of tubes and wires coming out of the side of his neck. It was painful and ultimately futile. I can't understand why anyone would be chomping eagerly at the bit to have it done to them.

If skinwalker is small enough to fit in a pediactric wheelchair she likely does have have anorexia nervosa, just the binge/purge subtype as opposed to the restrictive subtype. So KFS was probably correct even if she didn't know the exact method.

3: Sarah Jean, if only because she's an alcoholic on top of her unneeded medication

Her teeth are a fucking disaster and in a few years she will have nothing left but painful, crumbled stumps where her teeth once were. Acquaintance was bulimic for something like 15 years and is saving up to get what's left of her teeth pulled so she can be fitted for dentures. Also she has the hallmark "chipmunk cheeks" where her saliva glands are swollen from vomiting so much.

She's in Auckland, NZ, recently discharged from North Shore Ward 6 after over a year, and she recently went to a thing sponsored by Geneva Healthcare. I don't know if that helps you make a determination on wtf is going on here because I don't speak Upside-Downlandlish, but I'm guessing she has gotten to the point where they can't treat her anymore. She seriously has multiple antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria brewing nasty infections, claims she cannot feel her legs at all, is tube fed, and every time she goes home she does something to make herself die faster then goes back to the hospital for emergency care. Putting her in a hospice where she can rot slowly under supervision is probably the cheaper, more humane solution to keeping her in the hospital or letting her keep boomeranging back to ER every time she's discharged with a new horrifying emergency.

Also I keep forgetting it's warmy warmy time down in the southern hemisphere and all my australian/new zealand munchies are coming out of their cocoons now.

I had a look at where North Shore usually discharge their rehab/palliative patients to and I thought she might have gotten into to the Wilson Centre (despite her looking too old for a paediatric place) since they have a lot of photos of pushing people in wheelchairs into the water at the beach, nurses hanging out with teens, etc but my autistic excitement died down when I noticed the pools don’t quite match, boo hoo. Rehab beds are expensive as fuck too so I reckon she’s been booted into some sort of assisted living facility. Or maybe even some aged care place since down here in Oceania, we apparently don’t recognise that people who don’t fit into the paediatric or elderly brackets sometimes have high care needs too so get put into aged care facilities instead.

Although I’m curious as to why she was at that party by Geneva Healthcare since they only help people stay at home with their mission statement being that “we support people to stay at work, get back to work and participate in meaningful activities after a change in health or wellbeing.”
I don’t doubt they can supply support workers if she’s living in an assisted living facility though. Still, there was no dedicated “hospice” place with a pool which allowed special outings to the beach, etc (that I could find but Auckland is pretty damn small). You also need doctors to sign off to say you’re not going to live past 6 months to get hospice care and I’m not sure they can guarantee that with her yet, she’s still well enough to coherently post long pieces of word vomit on social media and why go back to emergency if you’re in hospice? Doesn’t sound like a withdrawal of care to me. Maybe she’s just using the word hospice to help communicate with an international audience? Or perhaps she’s just full of shit and being completely OTT which fits the bill. Either way, no doubt she’s terminal and she’s gonna motherfucking die. Inventive and painful way to commit suicide, gotta give that to her!
