That probably means he watched a couple of episodes to get a taste for their reviewing style so he could have an idea how he was going to play off them for the crossover, not that he watched their whole archive.I could be wrong, but I believe when Spoony did a commentary for the Alone in the Dark movie, he did say how Doug would watch videos of people he'd making a crossover review with.
You know if it was so hard for Erod to make money off YouTube and Dailymotion, maybe he should have acted like a man and said "fuck this" and get a real fucking job.Maybe, but that's a low bar. On top of her Twitter profile pic being deceptively filtered to hide that she looks like the prettiest girl on a Faces of Meth poster, SheRod (LoL that is the most tranny-tastic internet handle) is also batshit insane to the point of incoherence.
Autistic screeching about how it's Doug Walker's fault they can't make a living off internet videos:

I remember Linkara saying he did a 10th anniversary story on his show in a “I’m better than Doug” trip he had. And he had a video, episode, and stream dedicated to that.Double posting since no one else has chimed in. She says she posted her 10 year special for her patrons. I doubt anyone here is a patron but a link should float out soon. I just want to know what bullshit she thinks she needed to sperg over. Apparenyly she's also doing a live stream on the 21st to celebrate and "premier" it, like it's some star studded event. I watched Todd in the Shadows new video today and it happened to be his 10 year anniversary too. But it's not a separate anniversary video or anything special at all, just him being humble and thanking his fans before launching into his normal content. Unlike Dupa who had to have a self centered celebration over it.
Literally none of the "successful" CA alums have had any anniversary specials. Todds channel has 6 times the number of subs Allison does, and he isn't pulling weird mugs in every thumbnail chasing algorithm nonsense like she does, nor does he have a dedicated set like she does. He's had the same formula and the same level of production (shitty) the whole time and still ran circles around her. Because unlike her, they all have really good well thought out content that people actually want to watch. She tries so hard and she must get very pissy about her lack of success from it all. It's pretty sad everyone who started around her and continued producing good content is in the 200k+ subs range and she barely just cracked 50k. Even JewWario, a pedo that has been dead for 5 years has 32K subs. I was surprised someone I barely remember, pushinguproses has over 200k, and after watching some of her vids I understood why. She's in the same niche as Allison with being a female reviewer of old shows and movies, but something about her review style just works whereas Allison's just makes me bored and not want to listen anymore.
As for Todd, I watched it, and it made sense and can confirm he didn’t make it all about him for 10 years (he did a review of “I Love College” by Asher Roth).Someone got her big mad about the Walkers on twitter once more
Again I'm not seeing the problem. It's like a student film to me. The actors volunteer their time and money. They're lucky they got free flights. All this sperging about how Doug didn't treat them like real actors is tiring. Not feeding them when they have no means to drive away it's an ok grievence but the "muh crossovers" thing is dumb. From what I understand they weren't told they had to but encouraged to use having them all together at once as an asset. Also why does she give a fuck about not having a free physical copy of a movie that was free to view online? Even the theaters kids have to pay for their own show shirts, Jesus. And they were fine getting paid in exposure then it's only now that they have a problem with it. I legit hate Doug and don't watch his stuff but I guess I hate Allison more to be put in a spot to defend him.
With Allison, it's more about making Doug look bad than any actual grievances. It's really noticeable in the doc, where most of the people were talking about how they thought the higher ups personally slighted them, while Allison's section was mostly just her talking about Doug's various production fuck ups, including projects that she wasn't even a part of like the quiz show.
It almost feels like she is blaming Walkers for her miserable existence in obscurity.
She is still going on about CTC and filming on the anniversary movies. (Archive 1) (Archive 2) (Archive 3) (Archive 4)

Worked on student films in college. Can confirm food was a constant. Usually it was pizza. Or bagels if it was in the morning. One thing I find when it comes to Doug’s haters is that they seem to represent a certain type of hate. Lupa represents the refusal to let things die. Channel Awesome is for all intents and purposes dead, at most generous you can say it’s stagnant. But that’s not enough for Allison. She HAS to see Doug driven to nothing, be forced to quit the internet out of shame, and beg for change on the side of the road, or at least walk with his tail between his legs back to that job he quit from (something she shares with MisAnthropony). Life lesson: sometimes the bad guy wins. Sometimes, the villain gets off scot free. Sometimes, laser guided poetic karma justice doesn’t happen. Why? Because fuck you.
I hate to agree with that harpy, but it's good practice even for student films to provide meals, at least during filming and/or if it's a "full working day" worth of shooting.
Lindsay’s complaint was that she (and others in her boat) had their advice ignored despite going to film school, and Lindsay felt like she was insulted and she says she’s still ashamed of the movies.I agree it was kind of a dick move not to provide food, but this is Allison we're talking about. She's probably assmad because they weren't given five star catering. Hell, I'm surprised Lindsay wasn't bitching that there wasn't an open bar available. I'd say they really couldn't have saved a little of their own money...what with not having to buy a plane ticket and all to buy their own food and supplies out there, but saving your money to plan a budget would require some amount of discipline and reliable income....a job. Allison couldn't hack it working part time at Wendy's, that's Chris Chan levels of laziness.
Though it is surprising that Doug had never heard of Gymkata before since it has a degree of infamy amongst bad movie connoisseurs, ERod seems to have this naive belief that Doug was super familiar with Allison’s output that he should have known it through her video covering it. Channel Awesome had dozens of contributors and the idea that Doug, the creative lead of the company and one of its most prolific video makers, would be able to watch all these videos while still keeping to his own schedule is absurd. I’m sure he probably watched one or two videos when these people start out just to see if they were on brand, but ERod seems to be coming at it from a stupid fan’s perspective, which is what he was before becoming a stupid contributor. As if Doug were the chief editor of the CA wiki.
By the end of CA it was probably closer to hundreds than dozens. ERod thinking Doug personally watched all of their videos while also making his own is just another example of what an exceptional individual he is.
I see Allison is back to blaming Doug exclusively for things other CA contributors, including her buddies, were involved in per JewWario.
That's all they have to gripe about anymore. Wah wah Doug didn't personally watch every single one of our crappy webcam reviews! What's next, Doug didn't wish me a happy birthday that one time and now I have PTSD over it? All it does it make their "movement" look even more ridiculous. Something I didn't think was possible. Also Erod is a huge fucking Allison ass kisser. He @ her all the time like a fucking remora on a whale. He has no life or sustenance of his own, he just latches on to the other low hanging CA producers.
The funny thing is that this was well known among CA contributors, and doesn't even solely apply to Doug. It was openly acknowledged that contributors on the site didn't necessarily watch everything else on the site. It was often do to two separate things:
I remember Lindsay and Kyle discussed it in their commentary track for their Freddy Got Fingered review. I think TheAmazingAtheist has mentioned it too when discussing his time with CA. Spoony brought it up during the commentary for To Boldly Flee, even going so far as to say that he would go to these CA gatherings and not know who a lot of these people were.
- Lack of interest.
- The simple fact that there was far too many contributors on the site. You weren't able to watch everything on the site due to the sheer amount of content that was available. Especially when you too had to work on content.
At this point CTC is just grasping at straws in order to try and make Doug look bad.
Here’s the thing about that: Linkara (and maybe ERod) represent another sector of Doug hate. Lewis nowadays likes to paint himself as the man of the little producer and that Channel Awesome at its peak was this big family....aside from Doug who was at best a distant relative who only came around when he needed something from some producer. He mentioned a while back Doug wouldn’t go to MAGFest because the con wouldn’t cover his travel costs despite so many producers going and some having only that one time to see other producers in person. He mentioned it when talking about his audio drama where Doug couldn’t be bothered to talk with producers to fully understand their characters/personas when writing stuff for them for CA’s canceled tenth anniversary special, but Lewis did (along with some other stuff that basically amounted to Linkara saying “I’m a better director than Doug Walker”).The sad thing is it seems like they actually expected him to do so. When Linkara made his movie, Marzgurl pointed out as a positive he actually watched their videos and multiple times he can't do side projects because of how much time it takes watching everyone's videos. Of course Linkara saw it like reading every Marvel comic that came out that week so you didn't miss anything going on in the "reviewer-verse" or whatever they called it.
Eh, everyone's the hero of their own story, I guess. The only thing I can say is that some family members are tighter with each other than other family members.Once again, I'm going to defend Doug not embracing the "family" aspect of CA.
I've seen how these people act. I wouldn't want to be around them either.

1) How the hell does she have me blocked on Twitter? I've never commented on her tweets and I don't follow anybody in Channel Awesome.
2) How do people still not know that you can view their tweets if you log out of Twitter, or for lazy people such as myself, just browse in Incognito mode?
3) LOL at Twitter recommending The Cinema Snob to me on Allison's twitter page.

You're not overthinking it. Linkara just has to paint himself as better than Doug in every way. Better director, better advocate for producers, better friend, better everything. To him and maybe some others, it wasn't a business partnership or whatever from 2010-12, it was a kind of brotherhood. And family. What I find funny about Linkaras little ego trip, is that half these clowns kinda seem to forget that its only thanks to Doug that they got this...well cant say "cushy" life style, I mean dislike the guy all you want but least give him an ounce of respect...or am I just overthinking this crap.
Also, they genuinely believe they deserve to be making millions because of how much effort they put in. They have to consume media and then make videos about it!You're not overthinking it. I was actually going to bring this up myself. Linkara and these other CA failures continue to forget that, without Doug, they wouldn't have been able to show their content to being with. Come to think of it, didn't Linkara get the job by copying a Nostalgia Critic skit in a contest? Way to bite the hand that fed you, Lightbringer. What I find funny about Linkaras little ego trip, is that half these clowns kinda seem to forget that its only thanks to Doug that they got this...well cant say "cushy" life style, I mean dislike the guy all you want but least give him an ounce of respect...or am I just overthinking this crap.
Yes he did. But is this Lupa’s thread. I mean, if you want to get technical, Erod has his own thread too- https://kiwifarms.net/threads/eric-rodriguez-e-rod2010-the-blockbuster-buster.27795/page-6Yes he did. But is this Lupa’s thread. But I still think it's funny that Allison is so unimportant that people are talking about pretty much every former tgwtg person but her in her own thread.
