I'd be willing to bet money that the photo is an accurate representation of what happened at their tables. I looked the event up online expecting to hear low overall turnout, but I must admit that their turnout (based on pictures) was probably pretty good. That said, the headliners were clearly the people labeled on their actual site as "celebrities" (none of the voice actors are on this list) which is primarily actors from Dr. Who and Star Trek, plus Dave Batista and non-headline Marvel actors. So, I would expect the vast majority of people went for those people.

Of the remainder, I'd be really impressed if they did much business at all. From a video J Michael Tatum at least got one person to come by his booth with a MHA funko pop, and there's a photo of someone's Sabat autograph on a figure. But I've seen the pull the mid/bottom range actors have at events more focused on anime and it isn't that strong. I've seen voice actors on Jamie's tier (or better) that are sitting on their ass doing nothing for hours at a time, I've literally sat talking to some of them for a while due to nothing better to do. But heck, she should consider it a win if she got 10 or more people to pay her $30 at an event where Kevin Conroy and John DiMaggio were in attendance and charging $40 a pop.

There were 28 voice actors listed to be at the event and devoid of any of the WW drama even if she'd never gotten involved in this at all, Jamie's definitely not in the top half of that list possibly even in the bottom 25% (depending on how you rate certain characters). Honestly, if she had 10-20 people show up to this event asking for autographs purely as a show of moral support it might've been better for her than before. (that's a mixture of her drawing power and the competition she'd have been up against at this event) But then, to be honest I have no idea why anyone would pay for these people's autographs. While I wouldn't pay for a Hollywood celebrity to sign something, I at least vaguely understand that, but I don't understand paying an anime voice actor.

I'd believe it.

I attended World Super Con back in June, where there some pop/geek culture shared convention space with football players like Frank Gore, Joe Montana and Deion Sanders. As you see even Vic, who can bring in hundred of people in random, last minute hotel signing, didn't get much play.

I was only there for a few hours, on one day. @Svetlana hung around, I think.

My thing is, when will that happen? They’re this far into the lawsuit and there have been a few decent times for them to either settle or do business throwing to make themselves look good. But they haven’t done so.

The communications we saw show they have been sold the TCPA as a magical solution to their problem.
They probably thought that they had an easy and free way out.

Currently, we're in the TCPA appeal phase, they have no reason to settle right now, this phase cost almost nothing.
Once the TCPA appeal done, if the lawsuit goes on, we might finally see Funimation becoming open to negociate with Vic.

As for cutting ties, it will happen once the lawsuit is over for them, if it happens.
Firing anyone involved while the lawsuit is going on wouldn't look good.
They can't argue they dindu nothin if they fire people for those things.

As cool as Steve Blum voice is and how he voiced a lot of neat characters like Spike Spiegel and Mugen it's a real shame that he ended up being just another lefty KVer with the usual orange man bad and Trump impeachment tweets on his Twitter.

I think most actors/artist types are going to fall into this camp, mainly because I think most people that are going to be Republicans in their 20s and 30s (as opposed to after retirement) are more likely to go for more practical careers. If you're the kind of person that doesn't support Democrat policies, you probably also don't want to risk waiting tables all your life chasing an acting career.

A lot of them just shovel the necessary shit because revealing what side of politics you fall on puts your career in jeopardy. It's a lot easier to fall in line than it is to admit you've begun to think differently.

And that's the unfortunate thing about where we are with Vic, because he never tried to lie about who he was and what he believed in. As you can see, however, his political choices get referenced often in the same breath as the crimes he supposedly committed because they think being a conservative makes someone more likely to be a sex pest.

What I find interesting is that Seitz was the casting director for Fire Emblem: Three Houses, a game where Todd provides voicework for a minor character. Now, there could be multiple reasons for that, but I personally like to imagine that even a spineless pussy like Seitz had to admit that Thotmore was full of shit.

I had an idea and I'm gonna ask for a wee bit of help doing it and some tips. Don't worry, I ain't pulling gay ops or touching no poop, it's simpler, more elegant and imho could work out much better than such tactics. I ain't no autistic illuminatti, I'm more of a knockoff, let's call it Aspergers Mason. Which now I wish I had thought off when creating my username.

So first off, the help I need. And as you'll see it's a very easy to do thing: some of you come here to post KVs most vile, repugnant, horrifying behavior for us to be horrified by. Well, I need you to also send it to me by private message so I can archive it and... spread it. Same goes for if any of you is reading prior pages and finds the ones already posted, i'm not beyond using old ammo. But just the vile shit though, don't send me the laughably dumb stuff, just the really disgusting, hoping for deaths, sending threats, etc. If you've read my prior message you know where I'm going, this is just me trying to not have to pay so much attention to this shit because I ain't got too much time. So my idea is this:

Quite simply, I'll make a twitter account, I dunno what profile name and pic I'll use, but it should be something innofensive, I'm thinking of using a plague doctor or TF2's medic, ideas are welcome here. Then, basically, once a day or two days when I got time, I'll hop on in, and use the same god damned caption alongside individual links to those archives or screen caps: "Remember kids, this is what #Healing TheAnimeCommunity looks like. #KickVic #IStandWithVic" over, and over, and over again. I think you can all see where I'm going with this. It ain't no attack or nothing, I'm just prepping the ammo for other speds to bite the bullet, it ain't no 4d chess move, just a bit of a signal boost. So... What am I hoping with this?

Simple really, my hope is to cause a bit of a minor meme to spread. So as to showcase to the world how smelly of a turd KV is. Best case scenario, if ISWV speds are autistic enough, they might just spread it to the point where #HealingTheXCommunity becomes the answer to toxicity even outside of anime until meme channels catch on, which would essentially weaponize social media, and cause a shitstorm of epic proportions when KV tries to respond, 'cause you know they're gonna cry bullying alt right russian bots and oh boy that would cause my sides to restart the mars rover through sheer kinetic energy. (I do realize just how utterly and completely rainbows that is, though.) Worst case scenario, I waste a few minutes a day on a stillborn meme. (And so does whoever sends me that stuff.) (Which is more likely, but since ISWV has already proven dilligent when it comes to twitter warfare, I'm hopeful.)

I'm not the biggest fan of showing these things on the farms, because if things go bad, you will drag the farms in with you.
And everyone hates people who bring shit to their doorstep.
It is often not the best option to brand yourself and this Twitter account with the KF by posting it here,
because people often consider information from the KF as nonsense, just because they come from the KF.
(often trannies and furries, but that's beside my point)

Additionally, you could have created a thread with your existing information and encouraged people to gather information there,
and looking it up there.
