The shrimp and the wasp versions look like they are supposed to yet when the show creators decided to use a bear, they made it look like a blue midget with an unibrow. I don't want to jump to conclusions as to whether or not this is indeed a sort of jab at a certain someone, but either way this fills me with joy.

Oh guys, he is angry that professionals in their field were asked to perform last minute changes that are a common occurrence in professional environments, even though indeed they were given extra time to commit to said changes to the movie. What was the alternative then? Not make the changes and risk having a box office flop? Now this movie has a very likely chance to turn up a profit instead of being a massive failure loosing Paramount millions. If anything, the FX artist must be thanking to high heavens that they were given the opportunity to do the design right and not have the abomination that was the manhog from the original trailer in their resumes.

Here is the thing, I'll bet any amount of money that the initial pitch's design was not up to the FX team's but rather to an out-of-touch higher up that thought making the character "realistic" was the way to go and the FX team could do nothing but bit their tongue and render that hellspawn.
Fortunately the internet reacted and made it clear through their criticism ( and that the original trailer was ratio'ed to Hell ) that Paramount was making a huge mistake.

That said, the LAST person that should be talking about how useful is constructive criticism and feedback is Dobson, someone who is defined by a pathological aversion to any sort of criticism and feedback. For him to comment on the merits of criticizing the Sonic movie while he considers any comment that isn't unconditional praise as the act of haters/trolls that should be blocked showcases a level of cognitive dissonance that makes my head spin.

All the KorraSami stuff came after the show ended and the creators made a social media post saying the handholding starts the end meant they were a couple now. Then came the comic which I’m told is pretty cringe and only about how lesbian they both are.

Yeah I remember, it's pretty obvious that they deliberatly kept the ending ambigious so they could always bitch out any time they wanted but since the mediocre series had already stalled the franchise their were no stakes so why not gain a few brownie points for a series which would be otherwise ignored? Avatar comics are pretty universally terrible and Turf wars was no exception even with its pathetic over-compensation.

Wait till Korra finds out what he did to the air nomads and his BFF.

Personally I'd have just gone all in and made 30 pages of smut as Korra just bangs whatshername over and over.

Dobson, that all depends. If for example Max was to use the Cat Miraculous (Cat Noir's getup which is ALL BLACK), they'd have the same problem. The thing about the miraculouses is they can be worn by literally anybody, but maybe Thomas and company weren't originally planning on the darkest mofo in MLB to be wearing a black outfit (like the costume of the Horse miraculous).

I guess it depends on where you live and what circles you travel in. Most people I've talked to IRL think it was mediocre and hasn't aged well.
