A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

There is some preliminary evidence that transgender surgeries are associated with reduced utilization of mental health resources. Forgive the clumsy phraseology; I don't want to imply anything beyond what I read from the paper. Troon media, however, are not as cautious as I am.

APA Study: YOU could end trans suicide within MY lifetime

The press release by The American Psychiatric Association is similarly sanguine. But if you track down the original paper (enclosed as pdf), you enthusiasm will be curbed. The main flaw of the study is that it is a multi-timepoint study. The researcher tracked down (from Sweden's population registry) troons who had the chops less than 1 years ago, between 1 and 2 years, between 2 and 3 years, and so on; and compare each group's utilization of mental-health resources (treatment for mood or anxiety disorder, and hospitalization for suicide attempts). This kind of study does not account for survivor bias -- troons who have already offed themselves prior to the study will not show up in the population registry and there is no way for the researchers to account for them. The chops is a highly traumatic procedure, and troons who are more mentally ill will be expected to off themselves very early on, say within 2 years. Thus who survived the chops for, say 5 years, are as a group more mentally sound than the recently butchered. The "8% per year reduction of odds of receiving mental health treatment" can well be accounted for by Survivor Bias.

In the Discussion section, the researchers pussyfoot a lot about their study's limitation, talking a bunch about things that are hardly relevant, yet left out the elephant in the room: they really need to do a Cohort Study.
people who regret or detransition avoid therapists, after all going to a therapist is how they ended up getting the "treatment" they now regret in the first place. There is a therapist that is a detransitioner, and she talks about this constantly. Catt something.

41% suicide rates tends to reduce utilization of Mental Health Services as well.

Pastor preaches sermon about peace for trans people, gets attacked by local alphabet battalion. I can't seem to find a video of the sermon, I'm sure if someone contacted them AND ASKED THEM NICELY they'd be happy to provide one, or at least give you a CD or .mp3 in exchange for a donation. Would the alphabet people do that? Ho ho ho, no.

What does the Pastor say about his "controversial" sermon?

So what does The Crossing believe? We believe that all trans people are made in God’s image. We affirm their full personhood, dignity and worth.

We believe that our government bears a responsibility to protect their lives, dignity, welfare and all other rights afforded to every other person in this country.

We reject all violence and bigotry against trans people. We are deeply saddened by the ways the Christian church has ignored, marginalized, othered and hurt the trans community. We sincerely apologize for any and all ways we may have participated in this behavior.

What does The Crossing mean when it says people are “broken”?

In Christian circles, “broken” is a broad term for how society is not the way it’s supposed to be, and how our individual lives are not the way they’re supposed to be. Sometimes “brokenness” refers to sinful desires or sinful actions. More often, however, it refers to the ways our hearts, minds, and social experiences are not whole. We believe that all people, without exception, are broken. In our view, no one’s mind, body, sexuality, volition, or social lives are whole. Likewise, no human society is whole. Every society is tainted by brokenness. We realize that this language is offensive to people from almost every community. Yet, we believe that Jesus said he came to rescue those who know that they are not whole, that they are broken and in need of his love. This is our heart behind using the term “broken.”

Do trans people have a worse kind of brokeness than non-trans people?

No.

Does The Crossing single out LGBTQ+ people?

No. In 19 years of preaching sermons, we have spoken on this topic once. That’s one out of 1000 sermons. We welcome LBGTQ+ people into our congregation, and have many LGBTQ+ people who call The Crossing their home. However, we know we need to get much better at creating a more welcoming environment.

This also happening United States I think twice. Two little kids in kindergarten or first grade we're exposed to this and came home terrified that they could change sex, One kid freaked out and thought that by getting their haircut shorter she would become a boy. She needed therapy, changed schools. Not sure what happened legally.

Speaking of which, here are some recent videos on using cartoons & teen culture to promote NB identities:

I have never heard of this teen movie Spork (2010) before, but Prince of Queens suggests that this "John Waters-esque" film might have started the non-binary craze amongst the youth because the main character was a hermaphrodite/intersex:

Prince asks: "What other movies are there that are like this?". I am not aware of any other movies from the twenty teens pushing NB identities but the style of Stork reminds me of Glee, and Glee had a trans character (not one of the kids, one of the teachers). Glee started a year before Spork, in 2009. Again, I haven't see Spork but to me it just looks like a movie length version of a Glee episode but with an intersex student.

Won't you donate to this poor oppressed man LARPing as a woman, who oh-so-rebelliously punched a woman so hard she needed reconstructive surgery because of her political beliefs. A mere $10,000 will ensure that men like this can continue punching women without fearing any negative consequences whatsoever as long as they defame them as Nazis online.

Yes, on its face it's covering a fine for committing a violent crime.

Back on August 4th, 2018, fascists and their various collaborators descended on the city of Portland, Oregon to have one of their little rallies,
...
I provided a little strength in numbers for the counterprotest, and then my eyes befell upon somoene I personally knew: an abusive ex-partner of a dear friend
...
I called them out by said alias, and upon confirmation that it was them, I punched them in the face and damaged their nose, requiring reconstructive surgery.

The story sure makes a lot of sense and does not involve a crazy person seeing a friends ex-girlfriend and without provocation smashing her in the face for the fashy crime of being his friends ex-girlfriend.

That the friends of a woman's partner will assault them in the street is a real fear and something that occasionally happens, it's horrible but it's usually not propped up as a brave act or a strike against the patriarchy or whatever they think they are doing.

HIV+ male employee sues Dunkin' Donuts because the management did not correct customers who misgendered him:

Bethlehem Dunkin’ stood by customers who bullied transgender worker, suit says
Updated Nov 12, 2019; Posted Nov 12, 2019
By Rudy Miller | For lehighvalleylive.com

Her customers allegedly called her a derogatory name for a gay person. They allegedly complained about her using the ladies’ room even though she identifies as a woman. They allegedly wouldn’t go to her cash register.

And a group of three customers allegedly beat her up due to her gender identity.

Rather than take her side, her boss at Dunkin’ allegedly told her to quit if she didn’t feel safe at the South Bethlehem store.

So the former transgender employee is suing Dunkin’ in federal court.

The 25-year-old former Bethlehem resident filed her lawsuit under the pseudonym Jane Doe. She claims she was beaten up over her transgender and HIV-positive status and fears she’ll suffer further violence or retribution if she discloses her name, according to documents filed Friday in federal court.

She was bullied and harassed while working from March through May 2018 at the store at 213 W. Fourth St. in Bethlehem, her lawsuit says.

The employee says she was born a male but identifies as a female. Her shift supervisor refused to acknowledge her gender identity, calling her a “dude” and using male pronouns to identify her, the lawsuit says. Customers likewise referenced her with male pronouns, and no one was corrected by management, the suit says.

According to the lawsuit, she was moved to the back of the restaurant near the cooler when customers refused to use her register. She was told to avoid using the ladies room because customers “weren’t comfortable” with her in that restroom, the suit says.

According to the lawsuit, the harassment peaked in April or May when a group of three customers attacked her. They allegedly called her a “f----t” and threatened to kill her, the suit says.

She reported the incident to police and Dunkin’ management the day she was attacked, the lawsuit says. Her manager, Stephanie Almanzar allegedly told her, “If you don’t feel safe, go home.” She left and was told her name would be removed from the schedule, the lawsuit says. Days later, she was told her name was permanently removed from the schedule.

Dunkin’ corporate spokeswoman Lindsay Cronin said Dunkin’ doesn’t comment on pending litigation. Also named as a defendant is Triangle Doughnuts of Bethlehem Township, the corporate owner of the local franchise. A number couldn’t be found for Triangle Doughnuts.

The employee filed an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claim. The lawsuit says Almanzar testified Dunkin’ “customers are always right.” Despite the alleged discrimination, she refused to side against her customers, the suit says.

Reached Monday about the Jane Doe lawsuit, Almanzar said “I believe that was already handled and the case was resolved."

According to the lawsuit, Dunkin’ maintains the employee was fired for taking time off without providing two weeks’ notice. The lawsuit says that’s not the real reason the employee was let go. It says Dunkin’ failed to follow its policy of providing three warning letters prior to terminating Doe.

“My client was subjected to humiliation based on her gender identity and ultimately fired illegally. Nobody should have to endure this kind of abuse at their job and we plan to hold Dunkin’ Donuts responsible for their actions in court,” said attorney Justin F. Robinette of Philadelphia. He filed the lawsuit on behalf of the plaintiff.

The lawsuit doesn’t say how much the employee seeks in damages. Robinette said the plaintiff in the lawsuit now lives in Los Angeles and is homeless.

"She claims she was beaten up over her transgender and HIV-positive status."
Because someone wants to come in contact with poz blood so much.
