Hello here is your cheat sheet of what this asshat claims, so you do not have to commence the googlin':
chiari malformation: brain no fit in skull. Common enough but usually causes few issues. Overdiagnosed amongst the insta-munch set.
Raynaud's: very common, often idiopathic, becoming popular amongst munchies.
CFS: only if none of her other disorders cause fatigue, so no.
Rosacea: super common, not harmful.
semantic pragmatic disorder: umbrella term for children who have a certain set of speech difficulties. with her other Dx's, this is like saying "I have EDS and my joints are hypermobile"
SMA: muscle weakness, difficulty controling movements. What that "squirmy and grubs" dude has.
Osteogenesis imperfecta: brittle bone disease lol.
Lupus: it's never lupus. Since she's not specifying I'll assume she means SLE which would account for/negate the rosacea if true. My guess is the rosacea is real and she started claiming it was a malar rash from lupus.
Fibromyalgia: may or may not be a dx of exclusion based on who you talk to, and may or may not be psychosomatic, but generally if you have another joint pain disorder you won't get a fibro dx.
EDS/POTS/MCAS: we know these
GERD/gastritis: go together like birds of a feather. Take a ppi and quit your bitching.
Gastroparesis: GERD/gastritis can cause all the apparent symptoms of GP except the slow motility. But if she has GP it explains the reflux and stomach inflammation. So there's that.
Autism/OCD/PTSD: the usual "gimme a service dog" combo
Failure to thrive: diagnosed in infants and small children. Self-infantalization at its finest.
Keratosis pilaris: that oh-so-dangerous bumpy skin disease. There's lotions at the drug store that will fix this.
ODD: oppositional-defiant disorder, neuropsych condition of children that makes them hostile and argumentative. May persist into adulthood.
Eczema: itchy skin patches. Again, there's lotions for this. Gonna guess this is the third thing she's attributing the rash on her face to.
Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy: brain damage from oxygen/blood starvation to the brain at birth. What happens when the babby has the umbilical cord wrapped tightly around its neck. Varies in severity from "full recovery" to "potato". Can cause widespread damage to other organs as well.
CP: often caused by hypoxic-ischemic episode.
TBI: can cause all sorts of things depending on severity.
Epilepsy: seizures are with a lot of the other diseases she claims.
intellectual disability: see above
IBS: another dx of exclusion where if you have anything else that can cause these symptoms you won't be diagnosed with it.
Chronic migraines: common, especially common in people with TBI or epilepsy.
Dyslexia: funny how she can spell all these complicated medical terms right ain't it?
Dysgraphia: difficulty writing
Dyscalculia: difficulty with numbers
Dyspraxia: difficulty coordinating movements. Again, these things are not treated as standalone conditions if something else like CP explains them.
Attention Deficit Disorder: All sorts of things like TBI and epilepsy can mimic ADD symptoms.
Down syndrome: fucking. LOL.
Cortical visual impairment: visual impairment when the underlying cause is in the brain not the eyes.
Strabismus: eyes aren't aligned properly. Super common, treatable with glasses or eye patches usually, surgery if necessary.
Astigmatism: blurry vision because the cornea is shaped funny. Super common.
Convergence insufficiency: a type of strabismus.
Gluten intolerance: would rule out IBS, debated whether this is really a thing outside of Celiac/actual allergies or whether it's psychsomatic.
GAD: anyone with this level of impairment would be anxious imo
Hyperlordosis: excessive curve in the lower part of the spine. can be caused by all sorts of things from bad posture and weak core muscles, to neuromuscular conditions of which she claims several.
Congenital hypothyroidism: inadequate thyroid hormones in newborn, caused by absent or dysfunctional thyroid. Fixed with hormone replacement.
Auditory processing disorder: difficulty understanding spoken language. Common, varies in severity, goes along with some of the other things she claims.
Mixed sleep apnea: stops breathing while asleep from both her brain not sending the signals to breathe properly and some kind of obstruction in her airway
Juvenile arthritis: like regular arthritis but for kids. Doesn't specify what kind.
Cervical stenosis: narrow brain stem canal in the neck, can cause all kinds of degenerative nerve issues
Holoprosencephaly: holy shit, this is the fucking cyclops defect. Literally claiming her brain didn't separate properly during development. In the least severe forms, she'd still be close to potato.
Neurogenic bladder: issues going pee pees from nerve damage
Common variable immunodeficiency: low immune function
Osteoporosis: common if not doing any weight bearing exercise/not eating right/not going outside
Tarsal tunnel: compression of nerves in feet
small fiber neuropathy: burning nerve pain in hands and feet especially, caused by nerve issues
Benign paroxymal vertigo of childhood: bouts of dizziness for unknown reasons. In order to get this dx you can't have any other neurological condition that would cause it.
Vocal cord dysfunction: tightening of vocal cord muscles in response to a trigger. May be triggered by gerd or a cold.
Mito complex II: mitochondrial disease, can cause an enormous array of problems from fatal respiratory disease of infancy to muscular problems in old age.
PKU: phenylketonuria, can't metabolize phenylalanine. managed by diet avoiding foods high in phenylalanine (chicken, fish, eggs, beans, etc). if not treated causes brain damage and all sorts of crap
Sickle cell: malformed/misshapen red blood cells cause lower O2 levels. Autosomal recessive and basically only happens in people of African descent. Both of her parents would have to be carriers (or have it) in order for her to inherit it.
Tracheomalacia: her trachea is flaccid.
layrngomalacia: her layrinx is also flaccid
Noonan syndrome: causes mild facial defects, a slightly webbed neck, bleeding/clotting disorders, heart defects as well as a bunch of the other random conditions she has listed here. Common, but not often severe. Usually one of the parents has it too.
bronchomalacia: her bronchial tubes are also flaccid. If her immune system sucked she'd be dead from any number of respiratory bullshit with this list.
Retinitis pigmentosa: progressive blindness, can go along with other conditions listed as part of a larger syndrome
Nermaline myelopathy: yet another degenerative nerve disease. With this many degenerative nerve diseases she'd be Stephen Hawking-tier paralyzed
Amelogenesis imperfecta: defect of tooth enamel, makes teeth prone to wear and breakage
Cornelia de Lange: another disease that causes intellectual disability as well as short stature and facial defects.
digeorge syndrome: 22q11.2 deletion. Causes intellectual disability, facial defects, short stature, and low immune system.
Rubenstein taybi syndrome: Again. Intellectual disability, facial defects, short stature, as well as heart and kidney disease and eye and tooth defects.
Angelman Syndrome: Intellectual disability, severe speech impairment, balance and movement problems.
So she's an sideshow-freak-ugly midget potato who can't walk, talk, move her limbs independently, breathe, fight off an infection, see, hear, chew, swallow, metabolize most foods, behaves like a chimpanzee, has glass bones, can't feel her limbs, kidneys are melting, joints constantly dislocate, allergic to everything, and she has bad skin.
