It looks giant and women don't have forehead wrinkles like that. Those are masculine tell tales. Also, the size of his giant skull. Then you have those baby eyes and baby lips. His proportions are completely off.

He just looks like a crackhead that was sexually molested in his childhood and is now rebelling as a form of therapy.
