yes, most believe this shit. mainly for internet good boy points but some have done it for so long that it begins to manifest their minds as a fucking disease

I honestly wonder what would happen if twitter and Tumblr just deleted for good what will they do then? How will they get the attention and brownie points they need for validation & survival there will be nowhere else to go you hardly see that shit on IG and DeviantArt you could barely get past all the weird fetish shit to see their art and they wouldn't dare go to Newgrounds, Pixiv is mostly Japanese people and there's no english setting, hentai foundry? They hate sexy women so that's out of the question, there's Furaffinity a lot of those people are furries but most of them aren't and finally ArtStation but that site is mostly for professionals looking for jobs and with their art skills I doubt they get hired

They might flood it with shitty art, but in my experience, pixiv isn't really a social media site. It's more like a portfolio. They'd probably end up migrating to a mastadon instance since there's already a pretty hefty handful of tumblr-esque "queer" instances.

I like that they tried to make Aurora a muslima having no awareness that Christian women of the time would have covered their heads similarly with veils, wimples, coif hoods, etc-- and in many places still do, such as Eastern Europe, South Asia, and even parts of Latin America.

It takes some special Americentric form of troglodytism to not even understand practices of your own country's dominant religion in the other parts of the world or even just a few decades ago.

Aurora: I don't think there's been Jewish royalty in a long, long time. It looks like French royal wear from the 400s. Jews were not allowed to hold public offices. Something about how she's drawn makes me uncomfortable. Probably the combination of the nose and the skin tone.

Pocahontas: A real historical figure. Real name Matoaka. She was a Powhatan. The Disney version is more accurate clothing-wise.

Snow White: A German fairytale. The outfit she's wearing in this drawing has nothing accurate about it. It's a Mexican stereotype.

Elsa and Anna: They're supposed to be Saami in this reimagining. There is so much wrong with this I don't even know what to start with. Saami skin is light. They're listed as an indigenous population in northern Scandinavia and Russia. I HAVE known some Saami to have tanned skin but the majority I know of are just as pale as a Norwegian. Some can look Asian, some can look white, some look half asian half white. None of them look like that. The clothing they're wearing is nothing like any Saami has ever worn in all of human history.
