I don't know where they are talking about misbehaving sexually... is this the cheating on his fiancee at the time argument again? So he's a sexually active adult that has sex consensually... So? Is this about asking if the twins if they were interested and then leaving them after they said no? I don't understand that argument. Also, just because Vic says part of a story is true, like how he said he touched Jamie's hair, doesn't make the whole story true. Besides playing with hair does not equate to him pulling her hair like a barbarian and whispering something sexual to her.
When it comes to reputation... Well, when you get enough of a following, rumors are going to start regardless. Vic isn't the only VA with rumors about him... yet he's the only one being put on blast about them right now. Look up just about any VA and you'll find someone saying something outlandish because it's the internet and someone wants to inflate their self importance by saying a VA looked at them in such an uncomfortable way. "That VA totally wanted to bang me! So gross!" But that's how badly these ugly people want to be lusted after...
I think we need to be careful with our speculation of the Vic and Scott confusion. We wouldn't wanna drag Scott into this shitshow. I think them looking vaguely similar for a brief point in time and their coinciding Houston appearances are nothing but co-inky-dinks, and come on people, am I the only one who can easily tell them apart? Sheesh.
Plus, I got to thinking - even with all the "20+ years of creepy behavior", the dates that these fucks give are usually like, '07 at the earliest. I'm pretty sure that by that point, Scott's hair was long again. Let's not jump to convenient conclusions here. KV doesn't deserve THAT much credit. They're just unstable lying cunts.
It is more of an amusing thought that Vic had a doppelganger in the past. Not trying to drag Scott into anything. KV loves to say how important human testimony is... But they also love to forget that it is the weakest form of evidence. Testimony is important to confirm more substantial pieces of evidence, but we must not rely solely on it. Someone could think they are telling the truth without telling a full truth. People confuse things and misremember. It is possible that some rumors could be a simple case of mistaken identity... But it could also easily be a case of telephone with some other VA and down the chain the original VA turned into Vic. It just goes to show how unreliable reading stories from a bunch of random people really are more than anything else.
Also since the defendants' filings about their fees and sanctions have been brought up again... It is always interesting to hear Nick's opinion on things. The massive amount of redactions in the filings are really suspicious. I always thought so. Don't remember if I said it before... But I'll say it again. They're definitely up to some shady shit.
