1. Vic’s legal team file a motion to extend hearing date so they can decipher Lemoine’s clusterfuck of a bill.
2. Lemoine’s bill is a mess of needless padding, unnecessary tasks and bizarre redactions.
3. One of those redactions pertains to an unnamed client.
4. Funimation’s name strangely appeared on the Casey Erick’s Query Report regarding the depositions.
5. Funimation peculiarly didn’t wish Caitlin Glass a happy birthday until early evening, and even so, only a couple of VA’s did so - one did the next day.
6. Apparently, Lemoine thinks Nick is a member of Kiwi Farms (which led to a couple of jokey pages).
7. Anything else I miss? Oh yeah, Greg reached another GFM goal to get the hearing transcript, but strangely hasn’t shown it yet.

Funimation didn’t wish her a happy birthday until later, which was a little odd and there were pages discussing why they were procrastinating. It was more or less nothing.

But interestingly, many of the major Funimation VA’s still haven’t - not Clark, not Palencia, not Vale, Tatum, not Schemmel, not even Sabat (unless they did so privately, but still, it shouldn’t take that long to post a tweet).

Since @P5Fever was sick this weekend and was 22 pages behind, I wrote that post to save her too much browsing work.

Funnily enough, this happens the same week he either needs to pay up on his bankruptcy or go to court from what I understand. Maybe they've already made that decision but the timing is curious.

In this day and age, the best way to test a persons sanity is to try and see if they can have a reasonable conversation about Trump. For the people that say that is kinda ridiculous to think anyone would do something like commit suicide due to some metoo allegations (there are some idiots that say that there are no cases of that ever happening, in some places of the net).

There was a case in México, where a member of a famous band (not sure how famous because that is not a topic I am knowledgeable in) committed suicide after some metoo allegations came about, the man was called Armando Vega-Gil and after his death there was some backlash against the movement in México, even a feminist writer (true feminist for what I have seen of her, not the feminazi strain native to the US) make a statement against metoo saying it had gone too far and that the movement was too full of itself.

The writer is called Helena Poniatowska, If anyone wants to confirm anything of what I'm saying.
