Heck you could show the average person on the street a photo of the main cast and they'd instantly recognize it even if they don't watch the show. South Park will long be remembered in popular culture even after it ends, Rhys will die a nobody with only the kiwis to celebrate his demise.

This season, they had an episode about censorship in China that the Chinese government censored, which only resulted in Chinese protesters organizing screenings of it.

hairline is also another good indicator. most guys see some form of maturing hairline around the temples by the time they're 18, and most FTM don't have that.

the opposite unfortunately can't be said about most MTF.

You can always recognize a post-pubescent MTF by male pattern baldness, but the reverse doesn't work for FTMs because a lot of women begin experiencing male pattern baldness within just a few years of beginning testosterone treatment... Nasal ridge, glabella, and supraorbital ridge are the most distinctive sexed facial characteristics, IMO (although nowadays there are many girls who take testosterone as young as 13, and they will develop some of these traits, at least to teenage boy, if not adult man, levels), but there's no shortcut for learning to recognize them. Honestly, no one but a tranny cares enough to really develop this skill...
