I'd like a bit of context on all of it. What are the dates on the totally-not-a-catfish texts? Who is he posing for all Cocktail-like?
As far as the brain scan goes, this was when he collapsed and was taken to the hospital, was tested for brain and breast cancer, and received a clean bill of health, if you believe his reports. Also, he claims to have been implanted with an NFC chip (!) a few days earlier.

Okay, I just looked into this. It starts here if you can follow it, which I barely can because Twitter is programmed by mandrills, but apparently Twitter user CrustedNerd hacked a suspected Yaniv sock account, MandaPandaGrrr, and found that it actually belonged to a real 15-year-old girl Yaniv has been grooming. Which would mean that this is either a fairly impressive long con, or those screenshots which I was sure were the most obvious catfish of all time are actually... real.
