It's more likely that she didn't understand what they were talking about. According to her, they were mostly arguing about billing.

There's no shame in admitting that math isn't your strongest subject, but she phrased it in the most cunty way possible.

That's because she's likely being paid by the defendants to write fluff pieces about them and what amazing martyrs of feminism they are. Otherwise she wouldn't care about any of this.

Well one of the billing parts from Lemontwink does state something about managing online PR or the like. So it's expected, and also not relevant billing against the TCPA.

I hope Martinez hammers them on it all.

Sounds like they're actually going over the justifications for the billing, which is where Martinez's (and Nick's) analysis was pretty strong. It makes sense to cover fees first, and it makes sense that they're going to argue for hours given the Plaintiff asking for an 80% reduction.

Vic's questioning should only come up when talking about sanctions, which would come next, so it sounds like they haven't got there yet. At the TCPA hearing it sounded like Chupp got antsy towards the end and accelerated things; I wonder if he'll have the patience to sit through specious Lemoine wheezing and attempts to depose Ty late in the day?

I still think no one could've stopped the chupp from, well, chupping, but I do have to say this filling reminds me of somenexperiences I've had in the past. More concretely, with Hearts of Iron 4:

Have you experienced that moment, when your thicc ass infantry divisions that should have curbstomper whoever you declared war on have gotten impossibly stuck for the stupidest of reasons making this stupid war take way fucking longer than it should, and all of a sudden you get a "division without orders" icon, and realize you forgot you were building a 40 width medium tank division with mechanized, SPRA and medium tank destroyers, with full support, and it just got out of the oven, and it brings a smile to your face 'cause you realize some fucker's getting straight erased from the map as soon as this baby gets to the front line?

Martinez IS that medium stack, BHBC is the infantry. Now some fucker is getting erased from this map, and I'm putting my bets on wheezingbell.

Arguing about billing is exactly the purpose of the hearing. Likely she was told by someone that Vic would be humiliated by being interrogated on the stand, and that's all she's there for. Look at her original tweet. She says "Grab your popcorn, Vic is here for the first time" and included a photograph of him. Then when she whines in her recent tweet she says "It looks like they may not be able to question Vic before the end of the hearing"

Basically, she has one purpose and one purpose only in covering this hearing: she wants to spin any embarrassing question Lemoine gives Vic so she can publish it in her newspaper. This is Lemongasp's sad attempt at countering the way Nick made fun of Ron and Monica's depositions.
