The best parts of this desperate spin:
The 'long pause...yes' came from a person who thought that JSL was owning the courtroom.
JSL wasted huge amounts of time whining about Nick instead of arguing his case against the ACTUAL PLAINTIFF.
Vic's team is getting plenty of time to talk and argue against the billings. Even if Chupp Chupps it, it's there for appeals.

"Rial looks fab and poised" it's literally a hearing about how screwed Vic is (pending appeal) where she hopes to further embarrass him and/or get information about all the people who despise her. If she didn't look 'poised and fab' it would be very telling.
