At least one of those 17 charges is going through. The strongest being T.I. and Defamation against Moronica respectfully. I'd be dumbfounded otherwise. Those text messages, tweets, and Slatosh's affidavit only solidifies it more. Just because Vic was still able to go to Kamehacon doesn't invalidate the fact that the ACT still happened.
