Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

As much as it pains me to say, we are probably going to enter a lull for a while. This situation has given many a laugh, but eventually it DID have to calm down.

Here's to hoping the Chupp fees ruling causes some massive drama for us to laugh at.

Everytime we get told things will slow down, or there will be a lull, the clown train crashes into the god damn station.

I won’t be holding my breath.

There is legit not much that CAN occur once the appeals begin their motions. No one can add more evidence, lemonfuhrer would get slapped down by the appeals court, the appeals court itself is just the driest legal stuff on earth.

I must admit I'm disappointed at the lack of sperging today. Tomorrow however is another day.

I have a feeling a lot of it is going to be coming from KF again. A lot of users here really don't know how to temper their expectations.

I suspect the KV side is doing the same as the ISWV side, waiting with baited breath to see what Chupp does.

So after the order for fees and sanctions, we're finally gonna be getting into the appeal? Or is there anything else that needs to be done before the appeals court can see the case?

I've prepared several Ls but I'm gonna be dumb and stay hopeful.

There's still tons of stuff that happened that is helpful and will be vital information moving forward regardless of how it goes.

Nothing comes to mind that would get in the way of that. Fees and Sanctions are essentially the final act/credit rolls of lawsuits from what I could tell.

Whats this supposed to prove?
These people legitiamtely seem to believe that Nick is actually Vic's lawyer and BHBC is just the shadowy front man. I think... I think they are trying to prove that because Nick is commenting/acting towards it, Chupp should sanction Vic because of it. Which is just -insane-.

It's even worse than that because Nick outsourced the case to his Discord.

LemonAids is the epitome of everything Chupp hates as a judge: he's just a time waster. For whatever reason, Aids thinks he's in the good graces of the judge while ignoring signs he's despised with subtle snark and outright getting shut down from Chupp. These are from a MoRon's biased source, but even then they don't read well:

Read bottom to top:

I'm sure this was a real hit with the judge too:

Add in Aids looking like a faggot trying to put a lawyer on the stand and then his "dumpster fire" powerpoint presentation getting BTFO before going through it; it's a good thing Aids holds himself in high esteem because no one else does.
