Not going to lie, she does actually look quite good there compared to how she normally looks. She has lost some weight, and what this really means is that all the mean things people have been saying about her appearance really got to her.

She's been losing weight since last year, but I'm suspecting it may be less about sticking it to the trolls and more like stressing out over finances this past year. Though her changing her hair color since deposition helped.

I like the hair color on her, but I would have gone for a dark auburn eyebrow pencil to soften the brows a bit and bring a little more warmth to the face, and kept to a similar color for around the eyes.

She looks marginally more alive now but those teeth are still questionable.

TBH, out of the three stooges, Rial is probably the least terrible-looking currently. Sure, she looks like she's trying to pass herself off as someone's dyke aunt, but at least she doesn't look like a fat old hag like Jaime does; put her next to a greasy little weasel like Ron, and she looks semi-normal in comparison.

...Just as long as she doesn't grin and show off her horrible dental work.

It's federal but you usually file where you live. There's no reason you can't file where you have your place of business, though, or where most of the assets are, or whatever. You probably couldn't pick somewhere for no other reason than it was inconvenient for creditors, who could probably object to the venue.
