Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

So in response to Marchi, they get the punctuation on Defendant's correct, probably because it's singular instead of the multiple Defendants of MoRonica/Funimation. But in the motion to strike evidence...

Still watching, BHBC. Sort your plurals and possessives.
Ty got headbutted by the cat one too many times.

Lawyers are the worst at grammar and math you'll ever meet

I've heard she is popular because she sasses the people. Chupp doesn't have the charisma to do that, 95% of the time Chupp seems bewildered to be in the court.
Judge Judy is known for being extremely pragmatic and no-nonsense, akin to what Chupp was believed to be. She's also more irritable and quick to rule since she's small-claims, and everyone on the show gets paid anyway. She would be a terrible choice to preside over the lawsuit because she's in entertainment and will absolutely be influenced most by politics, but if Chupp were a bit more like her, Lemoine would be a stain on the courtroom floor.

If you can't do math, english, or medical you do law, clearly.

Though it seems reasonable that the repeated error is because they wrote 'Defendants' and then c/ped it everywhere it was necessary to save on time. The rogue ' was just a consequence of that.

You know this is obviously a pipe dream, but I wish Martinez tried to push for a testimony of MoRon since Vic got subpoenaed. Could have asked them shit like:

Do you feel that Lemon did 280k worth of work?
If you aren't awarded fees will you pay that much?
Again, has anyone else payed your bill?

Funny you should say that, because that’s exactly what Nick said on his stream last night.

I actually lol'ed. This is like saying "I'm sorry you are suffering the consequences of your own actions"
I take it as saying "I can empathize with how awful it is that mean people are saying shitty things about you online, I know EXACTLY how that feels BECAUSE YOU DID IT TO ME." But either way it's a pretty deep burn.

Nick is just discussing 'Public figures'.
If Vic is one, then surely weasel Jamie and whale Marchi fit the same definitions.

Lemoine is just assblasted that Nick has literally everthing he hoped to have.
Respect, scruples, functional lungs....

"He's charming and credible but he's also a bad actor and can easily be replaced."

Vic is supposedly a bad actor until they need him to be a good one.

He's creepy and lecherous until they need him to be suave and charming.

He's a monster who clearly planned this until they need him to be a victim of Nick and Ty.

They can't stay consistent.

They need an ever-changing Vic to fit into their ever-changing stories. Funny when you don't lie you don't need to do that.
