Trump Enslavement Syndrome - Orange man good. /r/The_Donald and any public demonstration of rabid pro-Trump enthusiasm in spite of all reason.

People on The Donald arguing against universal suffrage. Apparently letting non-landowners vote is "a death sentence for civilization."

“Why do people call us fascists?”

These nibbas are the only ones that wouldn't think I was trolling if I posted about repealing the 19th amendment. There are multiple constitutional amendments that make sure that if you are an American citizen, you are guaranteed a right to vote except for very specific circumstances (imprisoned felons, etc). Did you know the 24th amendment even guarantees your right to vote if you've failed to pay any taxes? I just learned that while making sure all my ducks are in a row for this post.

But those screenshots from r/t_d? Those made me do a thunk. 🤔

The 22nd amendment to the US constitution established presidential term limits. It's the reason why it's illegal for a president to serve more than two terms, or eight years, in office. It is currently illegal for Barack Obama to ever be the president again, and it will be illegal for Donald Trump to ever be the president again after January 20th, 2025, if he wins 2020.

But what do our pals at r/the_donald think of the 22nd amendment?

Just searching for "22nd amendment" shows a tidy little image of how t_d thinks. To the surprise of no one, it's great if it means keeping Trump in office perpetually, but horrible if Obama wants it. The best part is, you can see the place becoming more and more cultlike over time. The third screenshot I posted shows a couple of posts in favor of repealing the 22nd with zero and one karma respectively, despite getting a few comments, but the first screenshot has a post from 6 months ago with 112 karma. And it's not even a sort of "repeal the 22nd to 0wn the libz lol" kind of posts, there's an air of sincerity to it.

They are literally a cult. These are the same people who claim to revere the Constitution and the Founding Fathers and bitch about liberals apparently wanting to destroy America, but would happily allow Trump to be dictator-for-life. Which is literally what the Founding Fathers were trying to avoid.

"Maybe we shouldn't fuck up the planet."

Trumpers: "Burn the witch!!!"

Also, their description of paganism sounds kind of rad.

As much as I hate Greta Thunberg, I'm inclined to agree with you on this one.

That's why I hate both the SJW Left and the Right's stances on environmentalism. They take a serious issue that affects us all and both sides shat the bed in the worst possible ways, just from opposite sides of the aisle.

On the one side I think the old joke about environmentalists being just like watermelons, green on the outside and red on the inside, is largely true, but on the other side these people just flatly deny scientific facts because they're inconvenient to the coal and oil industry that Trump is heavily connected to. If they had any foresight they could see that ending dependence on oil would mean that it would no longer be necessary to have the Saudis and other similar countries as allies, but they mostly don't.

Joe Rogan taking Candace Owens to task on climate change was one of the best things he ever did.

I don't get it, are they not allowed to upload their Orange Man fap material to imgur?
I've never really used Imgur, but apparently it's pretty bad. This old post on T_D suggests that they would remove Imgur posts tagged 'trigglypuff' and were connected to the censoring of the 'fatpeoplehate' self-help subreddit.
EDIT: I looked further into this- reportedly, /r/fatpeoplehate images were being censored from imgur, someone on the subreddit made fun of the faggots at imgur by posting an image of all their public staff photos on FPH with the caption 'even the dog is fat' (the dog is fat), Ellen Pao et. al. took the subreddit down hours after. Not surprising they're doing the same with T_D. Imgur has links to Reddit, they're all evil people.

Also, they took down mild pro-Trump cartoons like this realistic depiction of Hillary stabbing Bernie in the back and then going on to be destroyed by Trump (Trump's only real achievement frankly. SOCIALISM WILLL WIN).

EDIT2: It looks like they'd initially switched to sli.mg after Imgur started rampantly censoring subreddits like /r/fatpeoplehate and stuff from T_D (they even censor Pepe's...), but after that shut down one of the T_D admins set up MAGAimg.

Looks like they're possibly abandoning ship The Reddit post has a comment mentioning a new site created just for them, which is basically another hugbox as if the one they had wasn't enough. Despite trying to fight the evil liberals, they made registering a breeze, email is completely optional. It is a view to behold.

That's contingency in case Reddit bans them. Unsurprising given the quarantine they were put under.

Quite a few reddit clone sites have been popping up as of late because of how censor happy Reddit has gotten. Reddit killed off numerous forums and this is the end result.
