Wasn't the claim that Chupp asked the defendants for unredacted billing though? The two aren't mutually exclusive: Chupp could have requested the unredacted bills and the defendants could have provided them as a result of said request, making both versions accurate.

You don't just redact it then. You have to submit a privilege log of what is being redacted and why, not just fail to turn it over in discovery. If the plaintiff doesn't even fucking know what the billing is for, they're robbed of the opportunity to respond to it or oppose it even if it's complete fraud. Which it probably is, otherwise why pull this sleazy unlawful maneuver?

Chupp can just reverse himself unprompted, sua sponte. I think something similar happened in the Sandmann case.

Will it happened here? Most likely not. Considering how fucking crazy and karmic this whole clownshow has been? I wouldn't write it off.

The only thing that would really come as a surprise to me at this point is Chupp allowing them to probe further into Rekieta and Slatosch.

Anything else, including a suicide bombing for the radfem jihad at the courthouse? Lemoine actually morphing into a mosquito? Ron bringing a remote to comfort himself? Vic's pants assaulting Ty? Could possibly be on the table.
