I know the UK convention circuit just a tad more yes they would have been early as cons start at 9am for everyone most VAs get there after 10am. As I recall back in London 2018 with Vic he arrived at 10:30 he apologised for his lateness and gave everyone a free autograph or photo. There is also a new system in place where people now have to purchase autograph tickets like they do for photographs to see certain guests this was implemented in London this year I would say Monica would have a line as most people would be oblivious to the suit but still not long as Vics I'd say a 20-35 minutes wait and I'm being generous.

On the other hand, during Anime Matsuri people were queuing up for Reuben Langdon, Vic and the jpop/kpop bands way before the scheduled signings.
