Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Doesn't he have a hearing with Casey & the backgroud troupe today? Wouldn't any judgement wait for after that hearing?

What 12 affidavits? Is he including the ones from Funimation?

Also the depositions aren’t part of the TCPA, and he files one affirmative defense on its own, which the judge instantly ignored at the hearing because the defendants are not an online platform.

Also Johnson did have affirmative defences, they were in his original answer.

My favorite part is when he says MY CLIENTS WERE THE ONLY ONES DEPOSED

Yeah because you wanted them to be deposed, shithead, you wanted them to be deposed so you could depose vic before filing your TCPA, your clients were the only ones that turned over some discovery because you wanted to depose vic before filing your TCPA

THESE ARE SELF INFLICTED WOUNDS, YOU CAN'T STAB YOURSELF AND GO 'LOOK HOW MUCH THAT GUY JUST STABBED ME' POINTING AT SOMEONE ELSE

What discovery lol? Barely anything, and filed objections that actually go against the rules as well.

God I’m pissed Ty ignored his motion to compel so much, they were over 80 days passed the deadline for the interrogatories.

Monica even testified they gave stuff to the lawyers which weren’t provided in discovery

I've considered Ty's performance pretty mediocre and sloppy myself, but we've already discussed that enough here.

Now I'm just miffed that Sellers/Martinez aren't attaching exhibits to their motions, but I guess they don't need to.

It’s too late for that since they got here after the TCPA hearing. Wish Ty got the extra help a month before then. Those fresh eyes, and more aggressive nature is good to see.
Ty is too use to doing business to solve issues, the defendants want blood, not mutual agreements.
