Isn’t Megan’s law (you have to announce when a sex offender moves into your neighborhood) federal?
That's only for registered sex offenders.

Convicted (in a real court of law) sex offenders. That's only for registered sex offenders.
Vic still uses the "I'm looking forward to seeing you at a con in the futureThat was the Dragon Con masquerade. This AWA claim is probably from a staffer who disliked Vic. In her interview yesterday @EriMin had a text asking Faisel if Vic was banned from the con in 2013. A staffer pretty high up was spreading this around. I wouldn't be surprised if their reasoning was because Vic was flirting with underage girls. But Vic had not been banned and this was confirmed by Faisel's own text.
On the subject of flirting, it just seems like Vic's kindness is misunderstood by a lot of people. Sometimes there is this fine line between friendliness and flirting. As an example, there was that one girl that was feeling creeper vibes from Vic just because he said he was looking forward to seeing her at a con then used a smiley face. I think it is just misinterpretation. He is happy to see each and every fan, but people seem to take those feelings too personally. Girls are probably always saying weird things to him and he just plays along because he's TOO nice and doesn't want to shoot down someone and ruin their good time. Having a person just acknowledge your existence can be considered as flirting to some. I think these people just don't understand that there is nothing wrong with flirting in of itself. It's just if the flirtatious interaction gets too sexual you're going beyond borders. But I haven't heard Vic say anything sexually explicit to anyone.
Jamie looks cross-eyed. Gonna guess she was always a mental case"I can go on and on about Vic. So I am just going to say he is a total piece of garbage."

That's the only photo with Vic I was able to find while skimming through the cons he mentioned. Gonna bet and say this guy never saw any of the things he mentioned and is just your typical KVer parroting the exact same stories everyone else has been saying for months.
Blamey back when she was skinny, circa. 2010

She has a dumper in that pic. Chunking was in her future. She ate. And ate. And ate. She is, as they say in certain areas of the world, "Attempting to achieve buddha status."
In talking about people telling these stories who "claim" to have been witness to Vic's behavior but did nothing about it, I figure I might as well bring this to attention.

I looked further into it, and thus far, the only other states I found with a similar law are Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Wyoming. Mississippi has a law about contributing to the neglect of a child, North Carolina has "Duty to report noncompliance of a sex offender", and Oklahoma and Florida might have something about it, but they'd have to have been charged as sex offenders (felons). Pennsylvania and Missouri also have a similar code.
I don't know if Texas has anything in the books about withholding information about sexual predators. It's seedy regardless if you knew someone was a predator but then didn't report them, but legally, they can't get penalized for it.
Anyone with a better knowledge of law can clear this up for me, I just wanted to pass this along.
>i was a “ victim“ of his temper tantrum.
Shhh! Nobody's supposed to know Vic is part of the Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad!Fucking hell, what is that thing on Vic's wrist? I guess gay pants need a matching gay watch.
Vic still uses the "I'm looking forward to seeing you at a con in the future" line in emails to this day, including the boomer smiley face. I saw that in a lot of emails that got posted to twitter and facebook by his fans recently. Hell, he even wrote that in an email to me and he knows I'm a guy, so doubt he was flirting with me.
How sad that a line as innocent as this was taken out of context by that girl. I'm afraid that Vic will be so scared of normal human interaction in the end, he won't be able to show his affection for his fans anymore. For now, he seems to be fine.
For the cynical person, Vic looks forward to meeting everyone in person because that's how he earns most of his money.
Points for consistency though: These are the same clowns who got triggered by "We will be in touch."You would think he told some of them that he looks forward to them coming to his house, bring some wine and he will bring the mix tape, chocolates, and the lube with the way they take him saying that he looks forward to seeing them at the convention.
Looks like the final total (assuming failed appeals, not including anything potentially added on failed appeal) is $238k.

Lemoine is definitely charging MoRon the rest right? Vic took the softest L for this and barely owes all defendants the total that Monica and Ron now owe their lawyers. No wonder Lemoine was tarding out today, he probably got a heads up from Casey or Andrea.Looks like the final total (assuming failed appeals, not including anything potentially added on failed appeal) is $238k.
