Haven't heard or seen anything to confirm that, but it certainly seems like Lemoine is stressed over how much he thinks he's getting.
The whole document is about why he worked more than Johnson, and then, there is this line:
MONICA RIAL AND RON TOYE’S POST-HEARING BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF SANCTIONS AND ATTORNEYS' FEES said:
Ms. Marchi’s work product cannot set the ceiling for attorneys’ fees because (...)
So yeah, I think it safe to assume that Chupp ruled that Lemoine is going to get the same amount as Johnson.

EDIT: Unless Chupp didn't rule yet, and Lemoine wrote this in anticipation... lowkey admitting that it'd be the proper ruling.
Could he really be that exceptional? Oh crap, of course he could...

He could have also heard something on the grapevine behind the scenes.
The only person who could do that would be Chupp himself, which would probably count as ex parte communications if he's letting defendants know before-hand how much he's getting. Just think it over, if he already knows how much he's gonna be receiving before Chupp makes a ruling, why would he keep driving up costs for his own clients?

If someone knows how to mass download photos from photo bucket I have access to photos from all of the events listed

That's the only photo with Vic I was able to find while skimming through the cons he mentioned. Gonna bet and say this guy never saw any of the things he mentioned and is just your typical KVer parroting the exact same stories everyone else has been saying for months.

Not to play up Lemoine's competence in legal affairs, but this may be an argument he's making after the hearing because of the types of questions and comments that Chupp was making, like "If I award you zero dollars, will you bill your clients 280K?" and so on. He's probably just covering his bases while still driving up cost for the Blunder twins to still owe on after the case is done.

Fucking hell, what is that thing on Vic's wrist? I guess gay pants need a matching gay watch.

I don't know, some of the arguments in that filling seem oddly specific, it sounds a lot like a response to Chupp's arguments.
EDIT: Nevermind, the document starts by talking about a response from BHBH, probably the source of the specific arguments Lemoine is responding to.

You can see the crazy in Jamie's eyes.
But jeez what did she do to her body????

I highly doubt that, cause otherwise Lemoine and even Grigsby would’ve brought it up at the hearing. This looks more like desperation on Lemoine’s part.

Then again, who the hell knows with this Judge?

Oh, dear god. His arm is on her shoulder. Someone call the police. Jamie got assaulted by this weirdo! How dare he use this woman like a piece of furniture! Shame!

Joking aside, this dude is full of shit.

Also, watching Lemonhead squirm is amusing to see. He complains about the amount of shit they had to defend against... But MoRon were the ones that ran their mouths the most. Ron made 400 fucking tweets that could be considered defamatory. Also, the depo wasn't necessary. The discovery didn't even have to happen. All you had to do was file the TCPA first and foremost... and you wouldn't have all these dumb costs. But they wanted shit on Vic and now they gotta pay the price. Boohoo.

In talking about people telling these stories who "claim" to have been witness to Vic's behavior but did nothing about it, I figure I might as well bring this to attention.

I looked further into it, and thus far, the only other states I found with a similar law are Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Wyoming. Mississippi has a law about contributing to the neglect of a child, North Carolina has "Duty to report noncompliance of a sex offender", and Oklahoma and Florida might have something about it, but they'd have to have been charged as sex offenders (felons). Pennsylvania and Missouri also have a similar code.

I don't know if Texas has anything in the books about withholding information about sexual predators. It's seedy regardless if you knew someone was a predator but then didn't report them, but legally, they can't get penalized for it.

Anyone with a better knowledge of law can clear this up for me, I just wanted to pass this along.

Here’s another disturbing, but still hilarious part, Shane: nobody cares about you, aside from your usage as comic relief.

I will die laughing if this law also pertains to Texas, only so I can hear these idiots’ excuses.

Isn’t Megan’s law (you have to announce when a sex offender moves into your neighborhood) federal?
