PDF is up in the main lawsuit thread.

Chupp awarded $5k in sanctions each for all three parties. The total of all the parties with all attorney fees, expenses, sanctions and fees for appeals comes to $525,542.42.

If Vic decides to forgo appeals he would owe $238,042.42 right now.

$5k each in sanctions is a blatant slap in the face. Chupp is telling them outright that he doesn't think Vic deserved sanctions for this.

Which ironically means that means Chupp doesn't think the TCPA really applies to this case.

Holy shit! Lemontwink was asking for AT LEAST 100-260K sanctions lol, not including his 280K fees.

He must be wheezing into coma now only being awarded 55K, and 5K sanctions.

Also Vic doesn't pay their appeals until it fails, and then he can appeal all the fees as well.

MonRon owe the wheezer 210K in fees now until Vic fails his appeals lol.

$100k for reasonable and necessary attorney's fees (2x Funimations for 2x the defendants)
$15526.96 for litigation expenses (2x again)

$5k to each for sanctions, effectively $0

5% interest per annum (year?) per state law.

I don't understand the reasoning behind the numbers in the appeals. Looking at the litigation expenses and attorney's fees, he smacked all 3 of them down to under what the lowest was asking for.

Lemoine is definitely charging MoRon the rest right? Vic took the softest L for this and barely owes all defendants the total that Monica and Ron now owe their lawyers. No wonder Lemoine was tarding out today, he probably got a heads up from Casey or Andrea.
I hope he does. As much shit as we have given him, he was stuck playing tard wrangler. I don’t wish that on anyone, even him.

Not sure the judge can order Vic to pay for accrued fees relating to other courts. Then again Vic can also appeals those, but that's only required if he actually Loses the appeals.

If he Wins the appeals, the TCPA, and these fees and sanctions are dropped entirely for each count/charge that passes.

The only person who could do that would be Chupp himself, which would probably count as ex parte communications if he's letting defendants know before-hand how much he's getting. Just think it over, if he already knows how much he's gonna be receiving before Chupp makes a ruling, why would he keep driving up costs for his own clients?
Could there be a last minute leak from a secretary or assistent of somekind preparing things for the judge?
