I'm not so sure about that. Maybe @AnOminous can clarify this, but... What happens if you find out you've been wronged after the clock ran out?
Like, if so far BHBH only have speculations going about Sabat, but then get evidences against him throught the discovery phase, wouldn't it reset the clock?
It kinda make more sense if the clock starts running from the moment the crime is known rather than from the moment the crime is done.

I kind of get it but I see Sabat's lawyer (J-ADOLF LEMOINE)** s argument : you knew the act happened and you took your sweet time identifying the perpetrator, that's on you.

Okay so story time Kiwis. I’m a weeb whose gone to more cons then I can count since I was fresh out of high school and that has not changed. I have met several actors several times.

My first con experience with Vic was I believe A-kon 2012. I was in line to get his autograph. However the line was capped at 2 hours but I was willing to wait. Problem was Vic eventually had a panel coming up. He was going to cut it close so to make things quicker they had Vic go down the line and just sign people’s stuff so they can get to his panel quickly. I never got the chance because Vic's handler basically had to pry Vic away from the line he was running late. He was visibly annoyed, I remember him rolling his eyes distinctly as Vic stopped again to hear a story from this guy and his girlfriend in line who were ahead of me. He was literally 4 people away from autographing for me too. But the reason he was running late? He was stopping to actually talk to the fans.

He would shake their hands, or give them a hug, and express gratitude to his fans. I could visibly see this annoyed the hell out of his handler who just wanted to get Vic out of there to his panel on time. While I was disappointed at not getting his autograph back then, I wasn’t too upset because I saw first hand how Vic cared to meet each and every one of his fans. He didn’t just one and done those autographs, ignoring the fans who wanted to meet him. Even though it made him late,he wanted to at least express his happiness and gratitude to each weeb in that line before they finally dragged him away.

The guy is friends with Johnny Yong Bosch. Obviously that thing is a morpher. Clearly Vic was a Power Ranger.

Considering all the stories, I just want to say credit to his handler that day. That's what I was talking about before when I say the guest handler job sucks, but someone has to do it. It's a tough balance on the administration side, because on the one hand you should feel for all those fans that want to meet him especially if you have a guest that wants to meet them also. But on the other hand, you also have all the people that were in line for a panel or that are sitting in a room waiting to hear from him. The sad (literally) fact is that if you have a popular guest, some people are going to be disappointed at some point, you just try to hopefully minimize the disappointment.
