Also, if she's a "danger", why leave the child(ren) alone with her. Something doesn't add up.

I think he's bullshitting and he's in a shitty position now. She moved first and will win the race to the courtroom door, if she hasn't already. If you do that and have actual physical custody and are a woman, you win. You can even win with the first two if you're a man sometimes.

If he hasn't been served anything yet and isn't off to the court himself he's a fucking fool, but we knew that. It's not going to look good being a chronically inebriated deadbeat with no easily explainable means of support being accused of being some kind of threat to the kids by a mother who actually has them.

And cops aren't going to fucking arrest someone for kidnapping every time two parents split up and one of them ends up with the kids, which physically has to happen literally every time one parent leaves. It's not "kidnapping" until there's a custody agreement in place unless they've done something like flee the state and disappear entirely, and into a shelter doesn't count.

And that last looks super less than great. Obviously that's why she did it but seriously, he's a dude whose fucking wife and kids are literally in hiding from him at least in the eyes of the law.

It's pretty funny reading the goon comments supporting Lowtax when the constant references to "the kids" make it abundantly clear that goons haven't bothered to read what's going on and/or don't even know enough about Lowtax to know that he has only one child with Ashli.

Remember this is the nigga who left his his young daughters from his previous marriage in the care of a muppet-voiced yarn-wigged person with a publicly known infantilism fetish so he could pass out on pills & wine.
He is also burning through his mother's money aka the family fortune at an astounding pace, ensuring they will be getting approximately jack shit in inheritance.

What I'm saying is that the welfare of his children is not exactly high on Lowtax's list of priorities.
